They system frequently goes offline, sometimes for days, and this completely shuts down an agency.

The product itself is functional and easy to use.

Its very simple to follow and use, i love it ITS EASY TO FOLLOW, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ALL COMPANIES.

Being able to text a client directly from the system is very handy and time saving. One of the best updates that they have had.

Sometimes it will lag a little while typing and the screen will jitter while in the internal Internet Explorer browser.

The carrier integration is great, with the carriers that will download to it. I feel that the customer pipeline could use some work and be able to provide more features.

I'm actually struggling with finding something I don't like about HawkSoft.

The software is super user friendly and Hawksoft's support staff is even more so.

Customer service is outstanding, the initial training for the system for our staff was very good...that was not my experience at all with AMS.

Unfortunately the company that runs the cloud service for Hawksoft does a poor job witch reflects poorly on Hawksoft.

Such a huge improvement from our basic system we were using before, it finally feels like we can trust the information that's in our customers electronic file.

The integration their software uses to interface with our providers is a HUGE help.

Sometimes it will work, and sometimes there is a time delay on the message to show. At times, my typed message just doesn't show up at all.

Lots of problems with commercial imports , items disappearing (aka: quotes,note,etc) when system I guess has not had a compact and repair so not sure whos end this falls on.

The software will excel your agency to the next level. Pricing is very competitive, and customer service is unmatched.
