  • It's fairly user friendly and has a variety of useful features. Great value for the price compared to other solutions.
  • Everything within the app is very user friendly, and if there is something that I can't figure out, their customer service is above and beyond the best.
  • Cons

  • I would have to think for a very long time to think of something that I don’t like about this app.
  • I haven’t discovered anything I don’t like about the app yet.

  • Easy to use and integrates with Epic. It helps us review the current way we are doing things to make it an easier more efficient process.
  • I love the ability to send an application to a client that is tailored to their organization. It is great to be able to make certain questions required.
  • Cons

  • At first it was confusing to navigate the site.
  • There was not a lot of training when it was first implemented. Therefore, the first two months was just trail and error.
