Our company requires us to use Jenesis in order to help them attract new customers and create basically an insurance agent network.

Such a huge improvement from our basic system we were using before, it finally feels like we can trust the information that's in our customers electronic file.

The integration their software uses to interface with our providers is a HUGE help.

Sometimes it will work, and sometimes there is a time delay on the message to show. At times, my typed message just doesn't show up at all.

Lots of problems with commercial imports , items disappearing (aka: quotes,note,etc) when system I guess has not had a compact and repair so not sure whos end this falls on.

By offering discounts to the patient and accepting assignment (payments) from VSP directly, we are still able to offer great value while at the same time offer premium optical products and services.

Having the out of net reimbursement show first helps determine an overall price without going thru the whole claim.

When we give the patient our normal retail price of glasses, and then the total they pay with our own discounts and their OON allowances, we rarely get any pushback on them purchasing eyewear.

Overall anagram is great since it is easy to use, quick to pull up patients, and I am able to let patients know exactly what they'll be receiving back from their insurance company.

Its quite frustrating at times. We filed claims and providers say they never received the claim.

Finally a software that not only helps me get more business, but is streamlined and easy to use.

I like that I can now get OON benefits for patients who want to purchase their eyewear from our office.

They force 6-12 month contracts. The sales agents are impersonal and distant (multiple mistakes made while contracting) and only check on you when you complain.

There have been a few claims that had to be resent due to error & VSP can be a little slow at processing.

We realized no business benefits and lost 6 months of their service and gained very little. Overall we lost over $1000 by deciding to do business with Anagram.

We absolutely LOVE being able to see VSP patients at our office. Since we are not a VSP provider we do not have access to the patient's benefits.

We are very happy with Patch and we are in our second year of using them.

It pays for itself after helping 1 to 2 people & after that per month those are sales that I would not have had otherwise. The program itself is very easy to use.
