Such a huge improvement from our basic system we were using before, it finally feels like we can trust the information that's in our customers electronic file.

The integration their software uses to interface with our providers is a HUGE help.

Sometimes it will work, and sometimes there is a time delay on the message to show. At times, my typed message just doesn't show up at all.

The lack of on hands training done by the company as all is on computer and no hands on and the one sent to do it had to refer to the book all the time.

Some of the algorithms can be annoying but I know it's due to our administrator requested it.

Lots of problems with commercial imports , items disappearing (aka: quotes,note,etc) when system I guess has not had a compact and repair so not sure whos end this falls on.

Technology is a necessary evil in our industry.

It is very user friendly, easy to pick up on how to use it and manage the agency within it. Another pro I like about it, is you can input Prospects as opposed to every input being a Customer.

It's the best way to organize an otherwise chaotic influx of data.

What I like most about IMS is that it allows customizable organization. Xanatek has also done well to integrate this software into other programs.

The interface is straight forward, and easy to implement.

The only thing I dislike about it, are the error messages that we get when we drag and drop an email from Outlook into Xanatek but that isn't on Xanatek - it's Outlook.

They are always available when the error message pops up.

We hardly ever call anymore but we still appreciate it. Great Product for a Great Price.

So easy to use, you can correct your mistakes, merge duplicate clients together. We can also text clients.

We appreciate that the program has regularly been updated over the years to keep up with the latest technological developments, including successful integration into other programs.

Downloads have been great and now getting downloads from commercial vendors is even better. I cant say enough good about Xanatek and their team.
