We would not have survived COVID without it. Since we were cloud based, we were able to have everyone work from home and still deliver the same great service to our customers remotely. It is a critical piece to our Agency tech stack and has many features we aren't even utilizing currently. #### Cons The conversion process was pretty cumbersome, but I would foresee that with any change in management systems. Their team was very helpful in the process though and assisted/directed us as much as possible. #### Reasons for choosing Nexsure Insurance Platform We spent quite some time researching and doing demos with lots of vendors out there. Epic was quite impressive, but it was hard to justify the price. Nexsure had nearly all of the features we were looking for (plus more) at a more affordable price. #### Reasons for switching to Nexsure Insurance Platform Cloud based and more functional/integrated. --- ### Great product. From an agent perspective, there are client integration and creation problems.
