There are still a few of the forms that have not been mapped properly. It is hard to know where the information will be mapped.

It’s cloud based and I can access it on any device.the customer service is great. They are super fast at responding and if they don't think they can resolve it via email, they call you that day.

I was frustrated at first because I tried to wing it.

NowCerts has allowed us to move away from expensive and clunky QQ Catalyst. They have a nice support team that will walk you through any questions and are very patient.

They were awesome during my data conversion and helped me clean up my messy database coming originally from Instar to AMS360 to Nowcerts. Pricing is SUPER reasonable, the integrations are awesome.

Technology is a necessary evil in our industry.

It is very user friendly, easy to pick up on how to use it and manage the agency within it. Another pro I like about it, is you can input Prospects as opposed to every input being a Customer.

It's the best way to organize an otherwise chaotic influx of data.

What I like most about IMS is that it allows customizable organization. Xanatek has also done well to integrate this software into other programs.

The interface is straight forward, and easy to implement.

The only thing I dislike about it, are the error messages that we get when we drag and drop an email from Outlook into Xanatek but that isn't on Xanatek - it's Outlook.

They are always available when the error message pops up.

We hardly ever call anymore but we still appreciate it. Great Product for a Great Price.

So easy to use, you can correct your mistakes, merge duplicate clients together. We can also text clients.

We appreciate that the program has regularly been updated over the years to keep up with the latest technological developments, including successful integration into other programs.

Downloads have been great and now getting downloads from commercial vendors is even better. I cant say enough good about Xanatek and their team.
