Partner XE Software


 

Partner XE is a cloud-based insurance agency management system for independent agencies.

Partner XE offers accounting, claims management and policy management. Using the system's integrated accounting functionality, users can manage direct billing, insurance agency billing, bank reconciliation and more. A document management feature allows users to digitize and organize files and information. Users can also customize naming conventions, data entry preferences and dashboard views.

The software integrates with Microsoft Outlook to capture email communications within the Partner XE system. It also integrates with WebLink, UpLink and IVANS Transformation Station to pass information directly to carriers.

Training is available online or in person (on site). Pricing is based on the number of users and locations and the desired capabilities.

I have been working with Partner XE since May 2016. I have had minimal issues. Their customer support is top notch and quick to respond. They have a great integrated system with Outlook which makes documentation easy.

We have been with Partner XE for over a year, we moved from TAM OnLine Applied software. The employees and SIS made our transition a smooth and virtually painless process. They were there to guide and train us through every step. Their customer service did not stop there, we communicate with them on a regular basis and they often just reach out to check on us. The software is very easy to learn and suited our needs to perfectly.

Service has been great! Much easier to navigate than Applied Systems. Moves a little slow some times but other than that we have been very satisfied.
