Pros/Cons
Pros
- Axios HQ is a company with high values and principals with which I relate and encourage. A truly great company with a terrific product supported by the best of the best.
- It helps to have a responsive supportive staff at AxiosHQ. I would recommend that businesses have at least two experts on staff who can then teach their colleagues.
- Axios HQ support is responsive and extremely helpful with suggestions for improving delivery as well as consistent upgrades to improve the product.
Cons
- Hard to get multiple employees in to the directory and the platform itself without manually uploading.
- No real cons except that the footer doesn't show during the building feature.
- I don't like that there are only two font options and the structure is a little rigid but i understand that is part of the process.
Pros
- It s innovative, once one is used to work with it, it is user friendly and helps generate good quality emails.
- This has been a great product to use compared to others out there. It makes it very easy to respond to emails without needing to sit down and properly write out the perfect response.
- The premise that that a natural language engine can generate email messages is fascinating and something I would love to see in the future.
Cons
- I cannot include it in outlook and have to use outlook live and i don't like that. It bugs from time to time and i cannot paste the message in my mail or i loose the message and need to rewrite it.
- Dutch translating is missing for configuration.
