It can be complex to manage due to the amount of interactivity - so its main strength can also cause a few problems

The support service is friendly, but its employees are not always able to provide us with proper assistance. Often there are glitches, because of which you have to re-enter the data.

Sometimes not able to find things quickly, the red dot management was overwhelming at first, but now its gotten better.

Sometimes wish there was more color themes to brighten up the interface, but overall I greatly appreciate the clean & simple appearance.
