PROS

CONS

Can't Say Enough Good About Cerkl

Cerkl is great. I think the fact that they started small and are working up really reflects in what they offer. They know that their customers often are small themselves and need a quality product to help get the word out about what they do and offer. We'll be with them for years to come.

PROS

We're a small library with little budget for PR. Cerkl has sincerely helped us get the word out about our library's resources, programs and more to our patrons. We'd never be able to reach the number of people we can reach with their electronic format newsletters with paper/hard copy newsletters.

CONS

We've been using Cerkl for a few years now and we've yet to have any issue with them. Product itself or customer service wise.

Reason for choosing Cerkl Broadcast

We looked into other options but never sincerely. Most offering this type of service/software are simply too out of the price range for a public library to really consider. Cerkl really offers great resources for an affordable price.

Cerkl is part of our success story!

Our library patrons are more engaged and informed as to what's going on at their library. Program attendance is up. More people are putting items on reserve via the articles we publish on "new titles". Subscribers love that "their" newsletter is customized just for them.

PROS

Completely customize-able, both for us as admins and for our subscribers as well! Easy to add content, control when it goes out, how long it stays active AND LOVE the statistics we get on the platform on the back end. We see what works, what doesn't. We see what content is engaging our patrons and what they're skipping over. We especially like the dedicated email feature that allows us to send out an email on short notice to our subscribers (like if we have to close at the last minute because of a snow storm). Customer support is top notch! We have been a Cerkl partner from the very beginning and plan to stay with them!

CONS

Sometimes the layout is not as I expected or envisioned when I'm creating the content as to how it appears after being published.
