  • Pros

  • We switched to TR about 6 months ago and it has been amazing. The ease of use and the customer engagement through social media is one of the best features I have seen.
  • Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
  • In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.
  • Cons

  • We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
  • This is our biggest problem and we are only staying with TR because we haven't found an alternative with similar features.
  • Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.

  • Love the newer updates that help me stay very organized with the Campaigns and Pipelines set up. The extension is also one of my favorite tools that is provided by them.
  • The things I've found most impactful using this software would it's user friendly features, super friendly / helpful customer support, and constant updates / improvements from the developers.
  • Highly recommended to any professional who needs to reach out to people. This software is not only great, but with it, you get a highly skilled and quick responding team to help you out.
  • Cons

  • The software can become laggy and ineffective if you do not archive conversations regularly. After 500 responses, it becomes difficult to navigate the software smoothly.
  • So you may be wasting credits sending texts without knowing your messages aren't being delivered.
  • Simple enough to use, but terrible customer support. I can't take off my CC in the system.
