Pros/Cons
Pros
- Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software.
- In addition, the customer service is outstanding. A simple text to the TextRequest team and they will have you taken care of.
- We switched to TR about 6 months ago and it has been amazing. The ease of use and the customer engagement through social media is one of the best features I have seen.
Cons
- We were quite disappointed to find out our services were shut off due to an expired credit card. We had paid through for the month and we had no warning that we were going to lose services.
- This is our biggest problem and we are only staying with TR because we haven't found an alternative with similar features.
- Or on the flipside of that, I wouldn't mind paying for each individual small text if I knew that was balanced out by only being charged for 1 text even if it was long.
Pros
- I think it's the backbone of the success of a smaller platform like this and been really pleased with how they have helped me get set up and answer any questions.
- This product saves me a lot of time and is very effective. Like any new technology, there's a learning curve, but they have great customer service and have been very responsive to my questions.
- I am only a few weeks in... so far, I love it. It is VERY user-friendly and easy to navigate... my clients are so far loving it.
Cons
- The only negative feeling I have had about textp2p Was that I scheduled my message to go out on the wrong day which was completely my fault.
- I've lost half completed email campaigns when the software logged me off after I went to another task.
- I started my campaigns with little to no difficutly.
