Our techs were out in the field and I can easily communicate with them at any time. Plus, the battery life is great! #### Cons In some of our territory locations, cell phone signal is very low. Everyone loved it and we instantly realised that we could run despatch for the whole country from head office. On-boarding is complete. The technology works extremely well and can be customised to a large extent. More of a comment about humans than Zello. #### Reasons for choosing Zello To be fair, we were already invested in Zello before we evaluated the other product. In the end we stuck with it for two reasons - progression already achieved in roll out and it was cheaper #### Reasons for switching to Zello Far superiour product. My dispatch operators and drivers enjoy how simple it is to communicate between them. The features are plenty and Zello is constantly updating the feature set. Being able to rapidly spin up and down user accounts, creating magic QR codes for zero-touch login, and the integrations with third-party hardware make Zello a no-brainer for frontline PTT. #### Cons At times, the web portal can feel antiquated in a post-material design era, but there is beauty in simplicity. Our drivers carry tablets, not cell phones this allows us to call them and communicate at a fraction of the cost. The recording feature is a great management tool.
