  • Pros

  • And the backend/dashboard is very easy to understand. Good analytics and functionalities like the worker bees or campaigns are very useful.
  • Beekeeper's integrations with other business tools, such as the work management system, have been a huge benefit, allowing the team to work more efficiently and reducing response times.
  • Cons

  • Lack of an event function means polls need to be used (basic functionality that should be added).
  • No possibility for other users to check the poll results, no changes from yes to no in the poll function possible.

  • Once you get to know the software, it's fairly easy to work in and manage. We were recently assigned a new customer success manager and that made a huge difference in our engagement and success.
  • It has been built with the end user in mind. Lots of fantastic functionality and good team making constant improvements.
  • Cons

  • I struggled to get in touch with a real person and the back-and-fourth of the ticket system was too tedious for some of the situations we faced.
  • Forms are difficult to use and not as user friendly as the rest of the site. The holiday planner add on didn't work for part time employees which was frustrating.
