And the backend/dashboard is very easy to understand. Good analytics and functionalities like the worker bees or campaigns are very useful.

Overall experience has been good. Customer service is excellent.

Lack of an event function means polls need to be used (basic functionality that should be added).

Beekeeper's integrations with other business tools, such as the work management system, have been a huge benefit, allowing the team to work more efficiently and reducing response times.

Almost everybody knows how to use the platform. Even those who are not talented with technical programs, understand it thanks to the good usability.

In retail a lot of the employees in the stores and the warehouse don't have access to a computer and miss emails, newsletters, important information. This problem has been solved.

The software is easy to use and extremely functional. We would not be able to be what we are... with Beekeeper.

We also love the chat feature so that managers and have a private chat with just their team.

Good integration with Zapier. We've experienced fantastic employee adoption and are slowly adding more features and finding more uses for the software.

Our practice LOVES Beekeeper and I honestly can't imagine work life without it.

No possibility for other users to check the poll results, no changes from yes to no in the poll function possible.

A pain to login and don't forget your info or it's a real bad time trying to get back into it.

The cost is on point, and the value is wonderful.

We were able to stop using private apps (such as WhatsApp) for business content.

Easy to use, awesome functionality, flexible tools, intuitive for users, very scalable for small and big groups.

Overall I'm very pleased with Beekeeper and how easy it is to use and how well it has been received by my team and by all of our store departments.

Also, the customer service provided by the costumer success manager has been pretty good, and they are always available to solve any doubt or inconvenient.

I love that I use it to stay in constant communication with my entire staff as well as my franchise company.

The best part of all is the HUMAN customer support - one of the customer representatives helped us launch, adopt and embrace its functionality (like a really cool friend).

Once you get to know the software, it's fairly easy to work in and manage. We were recently assigned a new customer success manager and that made a huge difference in our engagement and success.

It has been built with the end user in mind. Lots of fantastic functionality and good team making constant improvements.

Great social features, such as blogs, comments and forums. Regular updates and a comprehensive online support community.

The added beauty of the Interact Software is that we have the power to add, change or take away elements as and when we see fit. It's so easy to use and it looks great.

I struggled to get in touch with a real person and the back-and-fourth of the ticket system was too tedious for some of the situations we faced.

Because of the features and software it's enabled us to create a great product for our colleagues, for them to easily find what they need and engage with the trust and other colleagues.

It is a very easy tool to use and the search functionality is the best.

Forms are difficult to use and not as user friendly as the rest of the site. The holiday planner add on didn't work for part time employees which was frustrating.

There is no option to set a page to not expire, so that can be a pain.

The support received is great. Again, as a non-IT user, I have on occasion asked a stupid question but the support team are great at getting back to me quickly and in terms that I understand.

Being able to customise homepages, content for certain audiences and having forums for certain groups has been great for overall engagement at all levels.

No way of bulk download of documents, this would have been really handy during audits as time consuming to download each one at a time.

But once we got things up and running, the platform was wildly successful in my organization. And as long as we didn't experience any tech bugs in new features, everything was smooth.

Great as a user and manager its easy to use and the team are very helpful and quick to respond if you ever have any questions.

They have a great support team that can help you accomplish your goals if you can't figure it out on your own.

A hard question, as my answers are slim. Maybe linking pages together, but this is more to do with my lack of knowledge rather than the product itself.

It is really easy to install, build and maintain by non technical staff. Great user experience, very easy for content owners to create good quality content.

The content development in the backend is complicated, illogical and difficult to use.

Whilst you can build useful workflows for business processes, the suer expeirnece is currently poor.

The team are great to work with, very knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. Having Interact has truely changed the way we work, with staff engagement vastly improved.
