And the backend/dashboard is very easy to understand. Good analytics and functionalities like the worker bees or campaigns are very useful.

Overall experience has been good. Customer service is excellent.

Lack of an event function means polls need to be used (basic functionality that should be added).

Beekeeper's integrations with other business tools, such as the work management system, have been a huge benefit, allowing the team to work more efficiently and reducing response times.

Almost everybody knows how to use the platform. Even those who are not talented with technical programs, understand it thanks to the good usability.

In retail a lot of the employees in the stores and the warehouse don't have access to a computer and miss emails, newsletters, important information. This problem has been solved.

The software is easy to use and extremely functional. We would not be able to be what we are... with Beekeeper.

We also love the chat feature so that managers and have a private chat with just their team.

Good integration with Zapier. We've experienced fantastic employee adoption and are slowly adding more features and finding more uses for the software.

Our practice LOVES Beekeeper and I honestly can't imagine work life without it.

No possibility for other users to check the poll results, no changes from yes to no in the poll function possible.

A pain to login and don't forget your info or it's a real bad time trying to get back into it.

The cost is on point, and the value is wonderful.

We were able to stop using private apps (such as WhatsApp) for business content.

Easy to use, awesome functionality, flexible tools, intuitive for users, very scalable for small and big groups.

Overall I'm very pleased with Beekeeper and how easy it is to use and how well it has been received by my team and by all of our store departments.

They like this tool, because of its intuitive usability I think. Overall we are very happy with Beekeeper and would recommend it as well.

We like most the possibility to reach our whole community throughout several chanels and devices.

That there ist no possibility to insert pictures in the comments.

Also, the customer service provided by the costumer success manager has been pretty good, and they are always available to solve any doubt or inconvenient.

I love that I use it to stay in constant communication with my entire staff as well as my franchise company.

The best part of all is the HUMAN customer support - one of the customer representatives helped us launch, adopt and embrace its functionality (like a really cool friend).

I don't like how, in edit mode, the pictures are distorted behind the main photo.

It's nice to have the multiple options including article, image, link, and video. I also enjoy being able to have multiple admin's for ease of control.

We had an easy transition into this new program. I like the presentation and ease of use.

Also it has no comment button so its hard to gauge staff comments.

Using the backend of SocialChorus is extremely easy.

Getting users signed up for the App was a bit difficult as it required multiple steps. It made for slower user adoption.

Backend can be very clunky and isn't mobile optimized.

I love the simplicity of using this software and the end result is professional and clean.

I like Social Chorus primarily because of the security and ease of use across my organization. I highly recommend it to folks in the nonprofit sector.

As a program manager, I like that it is extremely easy to get to grips with how to use it and on a daily basis it doesn't take a long time. Love the interface, it's all very intuitive.

The content manager is easy to use, which makes it easy and fun to upload new and relevant content for employees frequently.

Very positive, and overall a great tool for communication and content.

The support team is also extremely helpful and the platform has fantastic data analytics.

But it's not addressing everything. I get an article on how to set an RSS feed, but I do not get to know what I miss if I do not set it, till someone explicitly tells me about it.

There are so many great features that our team is looking forward to try, including the live webcast, and we are always excited to test out the new & improved features.

Feature requests and road-mapped items take forever to come out. No search functionality for users.

This program is very easy to use. I love the mobile app option, it helps us get the news to our employees quicker.

As a global organisation, we need to be able to edit our profiles for locations other than the US, currently there no other countries and it asks for dip code.

Sometimes I get confused when news articles come through.
