Il team è competente, organizzato, efficace. Sempre pronto ad ascoltare e a comprendere fino in fondo le richieste, anche molto complesse. Si immedesimano al 100% sull'azienda, diventano parte della quotidianità e, in poco tempo, diventano parte integrante del team. #### Cons Non ci sono svantaggi. Tuttavia, per me a digiuno sia di terminologie (eccessivamente a mio avviso da iniziati) che di nozioni tipiche di chi pratica da tempo il web da protagonista, si è trattato di una interessante esperienza che mi ha introdotto in un universo oceanico qual è il mondo Microsoft 365 e dintorni. Gestibile a più livelli in quanto i comandi sono del tutto simili ai sopracitati strumenti, di facile customizzazione e manutenzione. #### Cons Si potrebbe migliorare la customizzazione grafica di alcuni elementi, pur tenendo conto delle limitazioni imposte dallo strumento sharepoint. Anche dal punto di vista funzionale alcuni add-on potrebbero essere sviluppati meglio. Un pochino macchinosa la gestione dei files a backend, ma è questione di abitudine. #### Reasons for choosing intranet.ai Prodotto più integrato con i sistemi microsoft, richiedeva minor tempo di sviluppo ed installazione avendo già a disposizione alcuni strumenti interni (sharepoint). Realizzando la intranet con intranet.ai è stato un processo relativamente semplice, con un risultato 100% integrato alla nostra sottoscrizione Microsoft 365. Sicuramente è stata una soluzione migliore e più economica, rispetto le attività consulenziali di sviluppo che abbiamo ricevuto durante l'analisi del progetto #### Cons Ad oggi, non abbiamo rilevato particolari problemi. Come ogni nuova soluzione informatica, richiede una rivisitazione di alcuni processi interni, che per alcuni utenti della intranet può richiedere qualche sforzo in più. ALtro lato positivo: la piattaforma è dinamica e può essere navigata dall'utente attraverso più modalità (menù princiale, funzione FAQ, barra di ricerca). #### Cons Alcuni passaggi sono complessi, non si potrebbero fare da soli senza prima aver assistito alla lezione esplicativa della piattaforma. Una volta presa la mano è tutto fattibile.
