Il team è competente, organizzato, efficace. Sempre pronto ad ascoltare e a comprendere fino in fondo le richieste, anche molto complesse. Si immedesimano al 100% sull'azienda, diventano parte della quotidianità e, in poco tempo, diventano parte integrante del team. #### Cons Non ci sono svantaggi. Mi occupo da sempre di altri ambiti professionali e fatico a mantenere il passo con le quotidiane novità con cui siamo bombardati dal mondo tecnologico e informatico. Tuttavia, per me a digiuno sia di terminologie (eccessivamente a mio avviso da iniziati) che di nozioni tipiche di chi pratica da tempo il web da protagonista, si è trattato di una interessante esperienza che mi ha introdotto in un universo oceanico qual è il mondo Microsoft 365 e dintorni. La People Directory con la possibilità di modificare il Personal Profile è uno strumento interessante per favorire lo sviluppo della community aziendale, soprattutto in una realtà con tanti utenti come la nostra. #### Cons L'invio degli alert in Teams è spesso ritardato. La nostra nuova intranet è attiva ancora da troppo poco tempo per fare dei veri e propri bilanci. La partenza è stata sicuramente positiva e i primi "giudizi" degli utilizzatori sono buoni, ma l'adozione è ancora relativamente bassa e c'è ancora tanto lavoro da fare per migliorare i processi e per creare una cultura condivisa più forte. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 4/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros L'aspetto secondo me più vantaggioso è la profonda integrazione con tutto il mondo Microsoft e in particolare con Office 365. Per chi è abituato ad utilizzare questi strumenti, Intranet AI risulta immediatamente familiare. Anche a livello di sviluppo, almeno per la versione basic di Intranet AI, tempi e costi di sviluppo sono sicuramente abbordabili. #### Cons L'altra faccia della medaglia, un po' come per tutti gli strumenti Microsoft, è che non sempre semplicità va d'accordo con flessibilità o personalizzazione. A livello grafico i margini di manovra sono limitati e lo stesso si può dire anche per alcune funzionalità che al momento risultano poco evolute (vedi integrazione con APP Teams e gestione notifiche, sempre su Teams).
