Pros/Cons
Pros
- About Staffbase I like the easy handling the most. We have created our mobile App and Intranet in a very short amount of time and are very happy with it.
- Improved internal communication, all employees have the access to the companies documents (in the right version), the can collaborate, the native app is fantastic.
- Great app, very user friendly and intuitive. This makes internal communication fun.
Cons
- The representation often is not similiar to the desktop version or is completely destroyed.
- What we are missing is the mapping of a multi-stage workflow. At the moment, this cannot be solved within the Staffbase software.
- You can't search for news channels (big basic problem!).
Pros
- The flexibility of the platform, ease of use, straightforward admin controls, strong help documentation and excellent support team are all reasons we stick with Thoughtfarmer year after year.
- In a nut shell, ThoughtFarmer is super easy to use, fulfills all our requirements for what an Intranet should be and looks great.
- I'm excited about their content review feature to help manage our content as time goes on. Their implementation services and overall customer service was EXCELLENT.
Cons
- We don't always have the replacement right away. There is no way to know once the pages are transfered who it belonged to.
- Working with files is still difficult in ThoughtFarmer. You can upload Word documents , and edit it using a small app that runs on your computer.
- The lack of integrated form-building/workflows in the system is limiting, but we've found ways to work around this in most cases.
