### About WorkTogether

"WorkTogether is an intranet tool available only in Italian. It allows Italian companies to create and design digital workspaces. The app is mostly used by larger banking companies with over 100 employees. It allows business leaders to grant access to all staff, enabling everyone to create and collaborate on the knowledge base.

The platform encourages the improvement of internal procedures. It offers over 40 built-in modules and integrated BPM engines. Managers can access various codeless workflow tools, which they can use to boost employee engagement by simplifying, digitizing, and automating processes. Employees can use the intranet system to collaborate, communicate, help others, and exchange feedback.

WorkTogether allows users to propose ideas in ways that the built-in gamification system can assess and reward. Documents are centralized, and information is searchable from any device. Virtual workgroups can be private or public, depending on the organization's needs.

Una intranet veramente smart

Utilizzando Worktogether siamo riusciti a raggruppare tante funzionalità che prima erano delegate a varie e diverse applicazioni. All'interno dello stesso ambiente siamo riusciti ad avere la gestione di documenti, processi, reportistica utente giusto per citarne alcuni.

Prodotto semplice da usare, versatile, si presta molto bene ad essere modellato sulle esigenze degli utenti.

Cons:

La GUI per la creazione dei workflow non è di immediata fruibilità.

Worktogether è dinamico, la suite è fatta di vari componenti attivabili a fronte di un solo motore gestito. Le altre soluzioni richiedono onerose installazioni multiserver per riuscire, forse, ad ottenere gli stessi risultati in termini di dinamicità.

Una piattaforma di comunicazione interna e processi a 360 gradi

Utilizzo WorkTogether sin dal sua prima versione del 2002 e in questi anni ho sempre trovato nella piattaforma la soluzione giusta al momento giusto. La flessibilità della soluzione e anche quella del fornitore, garantiscono che l'adozione dello strumento possa evolversi nel tempo con le esigenze aziendali.

Pros:

La semplicità d'uso della piattaforma consente di poter impostare un ambiente di lavoro digitale che può facilmente essere mantenuto da chiunque in azienda, garantendo un continuo e costante aggiornamento dei contenuti.

Cons:

Nulla in particolare: le funzioni a disposizione sono talmente complete ed esaustive che consentono di ampliare gli sviluppi di ogni idea che viene proposta e di implementarla in intranet senza nessun ostacolo.

Apprezzo la completezza e l'integrazione delle funzionalità di WorkTogheter, che sono difficili da trovare anche in software più blasonati e costosi. Come consulente IT, spesso propongo WorkTogheter ai miei clienti, in quanto mi aiuta nella riorganizzazione della loro struttura informativa e dei loro processi aziendali.

Cons:

Il prodotto è molto semplice da utilizzare per l'utente finale e la curva di apprendimento, anche per le funzioni più avanzate, è dolce.Se dovessi trovare un "difetto" per me che sono consulente, lo troverei nella politica dei prezzi: lo troverei più profittevole se avesse costi di licenza più alti per i profili amministrativi, invece la società ha deciso in tal senso una politica molto democratica.

Ho preferito WorkTogheter per il giusto posizionamento tra prodotto preconfezionato e prodotto totalmente da configurare. WorkTogheter secondo me è stato concepito per raggiungere un risultato altamente professionale e personalizzato nel minor tempo possibile. Poi per i raffinamenti .. c'è tempo e intanto il cliente impara a capire le chicche non immediatamente visibili e usarle pian piano.

WorkTogether: rivoluzione aziendale!

Adottare il software WT ha permesso all'azienda di compiere un vero salto di qualità rispetto alla precedente intranet, coinvolgendo tutti i dipendenti con uno strumento abilitante, facile da usare e molto efficiente. L'adozione di Worktogether ha permesso una riduzione dei costi di gestione intranet, un aumento della collaborazione e una migliore gestione dei processi aziendali.

\- Possibilità di creare workflow "cuciti" ad hoc sulle necessità aziendali- personalizzazione intranet: smart, intuitiva e semplice nell'utilizzo- gestione documentale efficace- supporto da parte dell'assistenza preciso e puntuale

Nessun inconveniente particolare, è da migliorare l'integrazione con altri software

Un tool multipurpose, decisamente agile e anche conveniente.

Utilizziamo WorkTogether da 15+ anni su diversi progetti, come CMS per sviluppare siti internet strutturati di aziende ed organizzazioni, per realizzare extranet, sofisticate aree documentali riservate e intranet. Il nostro team dedicato al suo utilizzo è snello e sempre ben supportato dalla Software House. Si tratta di una "suite" polivalente, non usarla significa per forza usare più tool contemporaneamente senza però consolidare la soluzione, oppure devi scegliere "big solutions" problematiche per i costi indotti degli specialisti necessari e per i tempi di implementazione.

Pros:

WorkTogether è molto facile da usare, sia per implementatori come noi che per i nostri clienti diretti. Il prodotto è molto stabile, ha numerosi moduli disponibili che estendono le già articolate funzionalità di base e con le verticalizzazioni ad hoc arrivi a risolvere le specifiche più particolari. I tempi di sviluppo sono veloci, così come la formazione ai nostri clienti. L'assistenza è sempre puntuale.

Cons:

Da parte nostra l'unico neo è che non è molto conosciuto e non risulta "cool" come le alternative più pubblicizzate o quelle open-source mainstream.

La filosofia di Form Workflow consente ai gestori di delegare allo strumento di autogenerazione la parte grafica, che rende le interfacce ottimizzate per la navigazione mobile, garantendo una elevata user experience. I gestori possono così concentrarsi sul processo, pubblicandolo in tempi rapidi.

Con Intranet non si torna più indietro!

L’esigenza di avere una intranet è nata durante il primo lockdown con lo scopo di digitalizzare i processi, condividere notizie interne e unire ancora di più i vari reparti aziendali. Abbiamo contattato Thinsoft, azienda leader del settore, che da subito ha capito le nostre esigenze e con pazienza e professionalità ci ha seguito nello sviluppo del progetto. Oggi a distanza di un anno, è diventato uno strumento di lavoro quotidiano, con creazione di flussi e documenti visibili a tutti, dando anche voce a tutti i collaboratori, indipendentemente dal ruolo. Siamo molto soddisfatti del lavoro eseguito e siamo certi che con l’aiuto di Thinsoft andremo sicuramente a migliorare e digitalizzare ancor di più i contenuti, le notizie e i processi aziendali.

usiamo worktogether per la intranet aziendale, principalmente per la rassegna stampa e la bacheca aziendale, sono funzioni semplici che funzionano bene, abbiamo un archivio di documenti consultabili da tutti i colleghi, non usiamo per niente i commenti e le chat previste ma questo dipende dalla dimensione della azienda più che dal programma.

il software è facile da usare e da implementare, una volta capito come si imposta non è difficile fare modifiche e adattare il software ai propri bisogni

Cons:

l'interfaccia grafica è un pò antiquata e per i programmi di scrittura ci sono poche possibilità di formattazione del testo
