We have been using Mintsoft to take us from 1000 orders a month to 2000 orders a week in the last 4 years it has been great partnership

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

We went from a paper system of recording orders to Mintsoft it increased productivity and customer expectations almost instantly

We would love Mintsoft to allocate stock to orders without allocating pick face until the order was printed.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Mintsoft

We needed more inventory management and to better control our invoices and stock control

Mintsoft cost us time, money, and a mountain of frustration. In my opinion: Product Quality: 1/10—obsolete workflows, unreliable performance. Support: 2/10—slow, canned replies. Business Ethics: 0/10—sales promises evaporate once the ink is dry. Avoid Mintsoft at all costs—there are far better WMS solutions that respect both your business and your budget.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

Wasted Setup Time We spent weeks hacking together work-arounds, hoping to get at least one outbound order flowing through the system. No luck. The software’s limitations kept blocking us at every turn, yet support only offered generic “have you tried re-uploading the file?” responses.

#### Cons

User-Hostile Interface Once we finally logged in, it became obvious the platform is stuck in the past: Endless CSV uploads just to accomplish basic tasks that competitors automate. Cluttered screens and confusing navigation; expect a steep learning curve for even simple actions. Frequent glitches that force constant page refreshes and manual re-entry of data.

It has been unbelievably easy. They listen to our needs and concerns and the onboarding and training we have received - make all the others pale in comparison.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Everything! For an Australian business, they have inbuilt native integration with Australia Posts Parcel Send. They integrate with eBay AU & Amazon AU seamlessly as well. The Shopify and Woocommerce integration is also stellar. It is easy to learn and use, it is modern in appearance and function and does not require a full time inhouse IT

#### Cons

Not much - I wish they had been available in Australia much earlier as the local options are not in the same ballpark as Minstoft. Over priced, too complicated & requirer API's for Woocommerce and Australia Post integration

#### Reasons for choosing Access Mintsoft

The pricing is unmatched for the services and inbuilt functions & the integation with Australian services like our marketplaces and postal system which strangely is different to the US, Canada and UK marketplaces and postal services. Plus its easy to use!!

#### Reasons for switching to Access Mintsoft

For context, we had been using Veeqo for 7 years (until they left Australia after being bought by Amazon), we are experienced operators we knew what we needed, what we wanted and what was possible...... We were oversold on the functionality. Most of the features we asked for and were promised in the sales call do not work as advertised. We were used as beta testing for all the functions for over a year which is not right. The staff retention rate is a joke, meaning you need to record every commitment made as you will have a new rep every 3-6 months. We had to engage a third-party IT specialist to help with the onboarding and to work out many of the issues. For a large company, they are great, for medium to small, beware and record everything!! Also, anything beyond basic IT support can leave you without replies for weeks or Months - promised callbacks never happen, and they then just blame the user and when you show them how they advertise the feature in question .........silence, which is not helpful. To be fair they did let us have access to Damien - a senior tech support specialist, but we should not have had to spend as many hours as we did over months trying to resolve issues with advertised features. The third-party IT specialist counselled us to move to another option as his experienced opinion was that Marapost was not set up the way we were told and are working towards that, the product was not ready and was clunky...... They also have a weird pricing system where they charge you more, the more you turn over, that was a non-starter as we sell high-end expensive items (with low margins).

### Save yourself the frustration and stay away from Mintsoft

We wasted so many hours trying to get this software to work. Their support is absolutely terrible. After two weeks they couldn't get even one of the many software errors sorted out. There's a reason that there is so little information on their website and why they don't do trial versions.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 1/5
- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 2/5

#### Pros

Not much. The software is badly designed and the UI is overly complicated and difficult to use.

#### Cons

It's a long list but I think the biggest issue was the unreliability of the imports. We had one order imported from Unleashed (owned by the same company) which imported with 1 line out of 6.

#### Reasons for choosing Access Mintsoft

Integration with Unleashed. Which turned out not to work.

### Lifesaving software

Everything has been great. I really don't have any complaints. Mintsoft is awesome.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Favourite feature is definitely the pick/pack. The steps are so easy to follow and means we can process orders extremely fast.

#### Cons

Nothing. The software, in all aspects, works as it should and has been designed to be user friendly.

#### Reasons for choosing Access Mintsoft

Familiar with the software. Shiphero probably would have been "easier" as it's catered to the AU market, however it was lacking some features that Mintsoft had, and after a short discussion with the Mintsoft team it was apparent that they were willing to help get their product ready/usable for the AU market. So glad I went with Mintsoft.

Very happy with the overall experience. The Team at Access Mintsoft have clearly listened to and worked closely with their existing clients to develop a fantastic bit of software which ticks all the boxes for both the 3PL and their clients.

#### Ratings breakdown

#### Pros

We had a great onboarding experience with very insightful training plus a dedicated agent for ongoing support for the first 3 months. Price is very competitive especially when you take into account all of its off the shelf functionality. Lots of integration options for web platforms and marketplaces which is essential for todays multi channel ecommerce brands.

#### Cons

So far I haven't had any bad experiences.

### Has helped us digitalise previously manual process

- Product usage: Used daily for less than 2 years
- Reviewed: January 2024
- Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

There are very good points with Mintsoft, like getting batches done by courier, all coming our by alphabetical order, ETC. Having a full overview of our container arrival, all automatically linking the stock, giving a better overview of the ordering and resupply process. Compatible with a lot of couriers and platforms, so this is pretty solid.

#### Cons

Amazon orders being locked, meaning you can't change a mistake in the address, making it cumbersome to print (and we all know this happens a lot). Also, uncertain about how it would cope with heavy loads as it did fail a couple of times and a patch is therefore 'pending' as of now.

Poor wouldn't recommend it for any small business.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Value for money: 1/5
- Customer support: 1/5
- Functionality: 1/5

#### Pros

Inventory sync, but not the only one to provide

#### Cons

Not much, plenty more inventory sync softwares. They just rely on you forgetting to cancel and getting tied in to lengthy year long contracts. Not ideas for anyone who isn't enterprise size. Bewarned.

#### Reasons for switching to Access Mintsoft

So expensive £500-£1000k a month and expect huge increases
