- I noticed this software is awesome in keeping records, also in inventory management and keep any transaction that will help you and the company.
- If you work with someone who really knows this product then they can can help you with a solution that will help your business achieve the best results.
Cons
- It glitches out constantly and seems to do crash the most when you are in the middle of something time-sensitive. It's not very easy to navigate and the program isn't very intuitive.
- Most of the support techs I have spoken with have bad attitudes.
Pros
- Has a great integration with Amazon, and offers one for Etsy. Which is difficult to find with a solution provider.
- Fantastic support, online chat and phone support is superb. Easy interface and integration with woo and ship station.
Cons
- So all of our Shopify sales were not recognized, Quickbooks created an entirely new set of negative inventory, leaving our current products unaffected.
- Integration sucks with XERO. Invoices are constantly missing and we need to double check to make sure invoices get transferred.
