AMICS offers additional modules for sales orders, purchase orders, work orders and return merchandise authorization (RMA). The solution enables users to run custom reports for their inventories and parts traceability. It also allows users to set up manufacturing assemblies in warehouses and use barcode readers for picking, receiving and transferring transactions.
AMIC's sales order module enables users to record and keep track of customers' personal information, orders and shipments. The solution allows users to add, edit and delete multiple RMA. Users can also maintain serial number information, create work orders and track statuses for specific RMA.
