Advanced Manufacturing and Inventory Control Software (AMICS) for warehousing is a hybrid inventory management solution, which offers users various modules for managing their inventories, assets and warehouses. The solution can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud.

AMICS offers additional modules for sales orders, purchase orders, work orders and return merchandise authorization (RMA). The solution enables users to run custom reports for their inventories and parts traceability. It also allows users to set up manufacturing assemblies in warehouses and use barcode readers for picking, receiving and transferring transactions.

AMIC's sales order module enables users to record and keep track of customers' personal information, orders and shipments. The solution allows users to add, edit and delete multiple RMA. Users can also maintain serial number information, create work orders and track statuses for specific RMA.

AMICS offers support via phone and email.

The software is easy to use and user friendly. It covers all the aspects of the manufacturing process from purchasing, receiving to keeping track of machining to inventory control.

Cons

importing multi items in bills of material is not present. Line items needs to be entered individually.
This becomes tedious when you have >10 line items.

Cloud-based functionality, easy of use and barcode/scan capabilities. As a hybrid construction/manufacture company, customization with our current job cost and accounting software was key. InfoTech has made the transition seamless and created custom connections as needed.

Cons

Not much to list at these time. We need more time to test and we are still setting up the barcode equipment.

The software is adaptable to our needs. InfoTech has tailored their software to our specific requests. Any requests are handled, we haven't been told no yet. Very responsive.

Cons

Would like to be able to do custom reporting. Formatting of screens could be a little better.
