Pros/Cons
Pros
- Including the email functionality for the help desk portion will be amazing and bring more customers to Asset Panda.
- I like the ease of use and modular design of this product. It seems like a quality solution for inventory and asset management at a much lower cost than other solutions we reviewed.
- Asset Panda is very useful for tracking asset movement and changes along with depreciation tracking. I would like to see some procurement integration.
Cons
- The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.
- It can be difficult to use system functions. You have to pull field records to correct a mistake you made.
- User experience was terrible. We spent two months getting it set up and then abandoned it as it would require hiring a dedicated person to maintain the system.
Pros
- This software has a great user interface (beautiful design), is very user-friendly and easy to use, and is very useful when filing expenses at work.
- Users like that it literally creates a report they get paid for almost immediately without them having to nag accounting. It's a win win for everyone and well worth the cost per user.
- Expensify is extremely user friends and both the mobile app and web version are a pleasure to work with. This software has done a great job modernizing and keeping up to date as technology shifts.
Cons
- Last night Expensify sent a political spam email to all our employees. Unprofessional and abusive use of customer data.
- The interface is needlessly complicated and it's difficult to learn how to use and troubleshoot problems.
- It is confusing because they use a lot of icons. Makes it hard to realize what is what at first.
