  • Pros

  • It's cheaper than most asset tracking software. Luckily it can be intertwined with other software to help make it bigger and better.
  • The ability to customize fields for different groups is amazing. No other software that we looked at allowed the level of customization that Asset Panda does.
  • Intuitive asset management taking care of all the factors. Responsive and excellent customer care.
  • Cons

  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.
  • It can be difficult to use system functions. You have to pull field records to correct a mistake you made.
  • User experience was terrible. We spent two months getting it set up and then abandoned it as it would require hiring a dedicated person to maintain the system.

  • The customer service group at FB understand manufacturing and are always there to guide you along the way. Great product, great price, great customer service.
  • Fishbowl is a great asset to our company. It has been wonderful in helping us manage inventory for our warehouse and tracking errors.
  • I liked the interface, the ease of use and how it synched flawlessly with Quickbooks.
  • Cons

  • The product is deceiving and lacks functionality for the processes we utilized for our company. They were unable to tailor the product to our needs even though they sold us on that in the beginning.
  • The system was very hard to follow and the initial integration was a nightmare. We had no customer service to help push us forward with a go live date and further onsite training was denied.
  • I tell all customers to minimize customization of products and keep them as close as possible to out of the box. This is difficult with business that are accustom to their old processes.
