Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.

Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.

The program is very customizable once you learn how to utilize the system to its fullest capacity, and the support site is a very useful tool with clear step by step instructions when help is needed.

The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.

The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

After searching for a while for asset management software we were happy that we found this. Now we are better organized than before.

Asset Panda is very useful for tracking asset movement and changes along with depreciation tracking. I would like to see some procurement integration.

When alll Zoho app  work together it's wonderful. Support is always fast and helpful.

They told me (in an hour) that they have an automatic block to prevent hacking but all Zoho had to do was to call them and they'd unblock them.

No training from zoho team as i sign up i face some problem. There should be training from zoho.

It made the inventory management great. I had complete knowledge and control on the procurement and distribution very easy and effective.

The reports are terrible and are not fit for purpose for a multifunctional warehouse system. They really struggle with vat, and therefore connecting to other systems is difficult.

I liked that it is offered at an affordable price and it is very easy to input items. The dashboard is set up in an easy to understand way.

Clean pages that I can navigate back and forth in. I also liked how I can integrate other software programs as I need them.

The single greatest thing that we found to make Zoho stand out from the rest was the dashboard. We absolutely loved every aspect and option it provided.

Zoho is easy and quick to learn and the customer support is really good.

Hooks into Shopify is great. Building products based on multiple pieces of inventory is awesome.

No software can be installed on the office PC or server; so no data can be stored locally. You can not work offline at any circumstances.

There are lots of tutorials available so it can be learnt easily. Having a mobile app is a great advantage.

Though I am still exploring ZOHO Inventory but the best part was ease of use and instant impact on inventory management.

For the price, you get an amazing amount of tools for managing inventory. It has a great integration with Amazon and makes everything sync very easily.
