da migliorare l'assistenza tecnica e le istruzioni.

sufficiente. Al telefono pur di concludere il contratto lo staff era sempre veloce. una volta firmato il contratto ed avevo bisogno di chiarimenti in merito le cose si sono rallentate. non mi e piaciuta la persona dell'assistenza dei primi gg con cui ho parlato al telefono.. sembra che mi stava facendo un piacere.

La mancanza di lotti e scadenze nel magazzino. Manca la possibilità di aggiungere e rimuovere le colonne nelle varie tabelle di gestione. Manca inoltre uno scadenzario dei pagamenti. Lo schermo dell’iPad in dotazione risulta un po’ piccolo

Complessivamente buona, ma poteva essere eccellente se ci fosse stata la gestione dei lotti, alla base della gestione delle aziende alimentari di oggi. Si spera che in futuro possano effettuare una patch/aggiornamento che la inserisca.

Pros:

Semplicità d'utilizzo, modernità, reportistica, aggiornamenti live. Sicuramente è un software pensato per i nostri tempi, web-based, funzionalità ottime, anche con personalizzazioni limitate.

Cons:

Un gestionale di Food&Beverage, con le normative attuali, non può prescindere dalla gestione della tracciabilità. Invece Cassa in Cloud manca proprio in questo. Il magazzino è ben gestito, ma non ha la gestione dei lotti, mancanza gravissima nel 2023 per chi fa alimentare. Oltre questo, la gestione dei prodotti disponibili è un po' macchinosa, non consentendo di personalizzare il pannello del tablet né quello web dell'admin.

Prodotto veramente ben fatto, ha anche molte integrazioni. Personalmente ho interesse per "FoodCost in Cloud". Ma pensare di rimanere senza cassa è un rischio troppo grosso, non so se rinnovero l'abbonamento

Alla prima richiesta di assistenza, sono passate svariate settimane prima di poter parlare con un tecnico. Se non avessi avuto ancora il software vecchio, sarei rimasto senza software di casso per piu di 15 giorni. Impensabile per un attività che batte piu di 400 scontrini giornalieri
