Pros/Cons
Pros
- The latest version of Datacor ERP VB.Net is a great improvement over the years and has made my job so much more effective. Everything is at my fingertips and is very intuitive to the user.
- We love the software and the continuous improvements. The support that is given when we have issues has been outstanding.
- What I like best about this product is that it is user friendly with easily accessible menus.
Cons
- Absolutely the worst ERP system that I have ever used. Anyone who has ever used any other ERP system will KNOW that Chempax is TERRIBLE.
- If you are not on SQL - it can get bogged down and error out if you have a lot of historical data.
- Push this program to its limits, and it will still fight for more.
Pros
- The possibility of having it on mobile is excellent when you are in the field. Your customer service is excellent.
- Fantastic for smaller user base who has a minimally established EHS system. Customer service is very helpful and kind.
- Everyone has been a pleasure to work with with amazing customer support, training, service and quick turn around times on specialized projects and form building.
Cons
- Lack of support, no manuals, online video introductions are long winded and a time waste for a busy manager.
- I have lost some audits in the past, from having to update all the time.
- When any drop down boxes open, you have to know what is listed to even be able to search an item. It does not display any of the existing items in the dropbox.
