Sometimes the software needs to be customised to function/fit our business process. This can be timely and costly.

The ease of Order tracking from start to finish can help advise internal operations of the progress of each order as well as the ability to give customers updates on their order.

The ease of use, great functions for any stock control with loads of modification for all your needs.

General complaint from my team is the system can be slow.

The ability for us to plug in our web stores and mobile sales systems has been fantastic, now we can automate our entire process from order to printing of shipping labels.

We researched all products on the market and the WMS is the best fit for a mid size company.

Not much to say here as there is no other product available for the size  company we are.

Excellent, great software, great support, great staff.

Difficult to  get slight improvements with existing processes. Example in Receiving once you Drill to Source there isn't a check box to change from Ex GST to Inc GST.

I use the reporting features of it and the reports are very useful for what I need to use it as I need to prepare sales reports to my team and the figures are picked up quite well.

Like all systems you only get out what you put in. Invest the time and effort into good data and you will get a lot out of it.

They were always very attentive to our requests and problems. Overall WMS is a great system and have enjoyed using it.

There is really nothing I can think of that is missing. Our experience so far has allowed us to add customised features as needed to suit our needs.

It has given us the ability to integrate MYOB with a Warehouse Management System.

I found learning this software was quite easy and can be learnt in very short times.

The implementation staff and support staff have been accessible and always there to help.

Overall, it is a good warehouse management system. You can track down all assessable items with batch number.

Quick and relatively painless install and setup, minor teething issues like all software however customer services sorted these out quickly.

I like the drill down features on it as well as can get to many features in a couple of searches.

In reality there is not much at all that we don't like about Datapel WMS.

You can read all about the features and I could tell you everything that we love or you can just be smart like we were and just try it.

Ease of use great tech support the ability to use Lightspeed from any computer you have access to.

The loyalty program is very customizable and modern, and customers love that they dont have to download an app.

The only negative would be, I live in Newfoundland, we have lots of storms and the power goes out frequently. I do sometimes have to call after outages to sync my ipad with my receipt printer.

The customer service has been great and Lightspeed is always working on making new improvements. I also use Lightspeed ecomm which has been a lifesaver during covid.

I absolutely love lightspeed - they have great customer service and I know that if anything happens it will be fixed quickly.

The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!).

Support has been excellent and setup very easy. Our sales team loves the new software because it’s so user friendly.

Lightspeed has a lot of options and is pretty well integrated. The connection between retail and ecom and loyalty in particular is great.

With Lightspeed's eCom we found the solution we were searching for. Real time updates and the ease to upload inventory is just amazing.

Lightspeed does this better than any other platform out there. The iPad/touchscreen ordering options are also excellent.

What we loved the most about Lightspeed is that we could customize it to our needs. Plus it works great on Apple computers.

It has amazing 24-hour assistance and access. Furthermore, I think it is super user-friendly and very easy to use and navigate.

Although , it endorses Apple products, it works perfectly fine with Windows operating systems. It also has a companion product which is called Lightspeed Accounting that is comparable to Quickbooks.

Throughout our buildouts of both Retail and eCom, we've had really great experiences with everyone that supported us along the way.

Our experience with Lightspeed is single handedly the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor, rep, or supplier.

It takes seconds really. It also could be me not knowing how to use my computer - I did mention how bad I am.

I had a lot of inventory to transfer. With the help of Lightspeed's help team it was quick and seamless.

The delivery set up side company integration was horrible to work with.

This software is priced right and so easy to use. Customer service is amazing and there to help 24/7.

The inventory integration and management is seamless and the ability to integrate applications through API calls seems endless.

Great for our resale business, we can use barcodes for all our products. Great for tracking all the donated and purchased inventory.
