Some of the features I enjoy the most about Dear, is the ease of use, and how everything is simply laid out, and easy to understand.

A great overall platform for anyone selling products in the market that wants to control their Inventory correctly and the workflows in relation to an Inventory business.

Good value for money and with very powerful feature including Job cards, inventory added to the jobs, very good integration with Xero.

The ability to customize reports in word is amazing. The team at Dear are still updating and improving the system.

The subscription pricing is also at a point where it represents huge value for money.

I have been happy with the overall sysytem. I am especially impressed with the support side of things and being able to have a zoom support call and someone to talk to about an issue is brilliant.

The one thing we have trouble with is that it seems to troubleshoot every few months and stops synching our orders which we only notice a few days later.

The integration with Xero is top notch and the most robust I've seen of almost any app that connects to Xero.

Many times they push out updates to the system which cause problems with operations and integrations.

It's simple/easy to use, but also robust and has some very helpful features. We're in the wholesale industry.

Great — our team understands the tool and this greatly improves our order process. Wish I found a 10% off discount when I signed up.

Complete bi-directional integration with Xero and QBooks Online. Love the fact that we can do Supplier Deposits and Customer Deposits, tracking them correctly within the accounting system.

The comprehensive package. Dear Systems has all the options a start up or a small-mid sized company requires and offers it at a very competitive price.

Powerful software with excellent customer support.

The features we like most about Dear Systems and so do the clients we work with are. Integrations around stock control and sales workflows with Woo Commerce and Shopify.

Solved our inventory issues. Integrates well with our online platform, but would help if there was more integration being built.

I have to struggle to find a fault, really. I am sure there could be something, but I have yet to find it.

Clearly it's not enough of an issue for them to actually address. Overall, terrible software service and terrible customer service.

The video tutorials are excellent. The interface is modern looking.

Finally, the standard interface is good but the API lets us implement solutions to meet specific needs at various points in our production.

New situation, shipstation integration just stopped working. Submitted a ticket with the error details and steps to reproduce.

The system is very user friendly and the support team is awesome. They are eager to help and always come through.

Confusing pricing on integrations. Weak b3b online sales system.

Serial Numbers are NOT UNIQUE, duplicates can be entered easily with no warning.

Simple to understand and very good integration with other software. Video tutorials were excellent for someone who understands ERP and wants to implement a solution very quickly.

The thing I love most about Dear is the ease of moving inventory between all of our 3PL's, manufacturers, and customers.

This software is capable of being self taught, but the training is excellent. They know their product and can help with anything.

FT is a great inventory system management tool. This syncs easily with QuickBooks and you can customize it to make it what you want.

The ability to house the program in a cloud setting  brings a whole new ease of use for those who may not be on site or for companies with multiple locations.

Tim Plastics makes approximately one million bottles every day ranging from 1 ounce to 2 gallon. The rapid growth of our business had overwhelmed the ability of our existing systems to keep-up.

Ease of product set-up & having all pertinent fields available right from the product screen really makes this software accessible for any user be it novice or expert.

The support from our representative [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent. She has been helpful with setting up the system for our needs and very responsive with any issues that arise.

I have not used it enough, so i have not come across anything that I dont like.

I highly suggest speaking with Abbe Hasse. Not only did she help me get all of the integrations up and running, she made using Flowtrac extremely easy and stressless.

The developers I worked with did a great job of working around our business logic to make the software faster and easier for the end user.

Many inventory programs are canned and built for the most complex application. FlowTrac was able to pullout just the things we needed to provide a great easy to use product.

The process of integrating what we already had in place was difficult, however once we figured out what needed to be done, the process move smoothly.

The only con I can think of would be during importing, the system had errors that it wouldn't notify me of.

The staff is very courteous,  prompt  and professional. They respond quickly to our needs and requests.

The system is user friendly, all-inclusive of everything we need, and leaps and bounds above our previous system.

My overall experience has been excellent. Good communication and competent employees.

Also i dont like how when you need to search for something it takes it a while to pull up.

Customer support and communications like working with my next-door-neighbor (6 states away). Resolved numerous problems I didn't even know I had.

We made a lot of custom function and naturally we have to go back and rework some of the bugs. Most issues that we face are addressed quickly and our problems don't grow back.

Still learning additional ways the system can help improve my operations after about a year - and that's a good thing.

As with any new software integrating to other software systems can be difficult.

IT Scriptnet, the platform on which this program is built, is not a very well documented scripting language.

Quality product, easy to use, knowledgeable personnel that you feel they know you and your business.

It seems inexpensive to implement but they nickel and dime you so hard we've spent a fortune for what seem like easy fixes.

It's easily customizable and very user-friendly. Their are many great features for all company types and the support team is wonderful.

The ability to practically implement the software from ground zero with a bit of modification on the side of FlowTrac. The build and implementation of the software was flawless.

We proactively engaged the FT team in brainstorming better solutions together with us to avoid cumbersome and costly modifications.
