We are using it since last 3 to 4 years and we are happy with it. It's automatically inventory synchronisation feature helped us to improve our productivity. We don't have to login every marketplace website for inventory updation. It's Real time inventory synchronisation feature helped us to reduce orders cancellation rate due to non availability of stock. Barcode based WMS enabled us to use handheld devices for picking and putaway, which ensures maximum inventory accuracy.

No doubt, this software is very friendly, easy to access for every module, like invoice sync payment & credit note .

I am using this software from last more than two year but from 1st day to till day i am not 100% secure, that which entry sync that are correct or not, always check single single entry mainly this types problem facing in payment reco.

We are using Easyecom since last 4 years and we are happy with it. Multi channel orders processing from one place not only saves our time but also increase orders fulfillment rate. We have achieved 1000 orders processing target daily with same manpower. Earlier it was around 300-400 orders only.

It requires minimum bandwidth of 4 mbps. It will not work properly until there is sufficient bandwidth.
