Great Product with Superior Support

The support through implementation and continuous training has been superior. We have received full support to build out the reports we need to utilize this software. There is much functionality we still have left to explore.

Pros

Min Max Management Flexibility to tweak demand, service level and other parameters to ensure the best result

Cons

The issues we have are specific to products that are project driven and very sporadic in nature. I don't think any software could handle a product line with over 365 day lead time, huge spikes in demand, and require a high fill rate.

Efficient cloud-based inventory software

Easy usage and implementation of software which quickly shows results regarding lowering inventory and saving costs. I simply uploaded historical inventory data and received significant information about future demand; so there is no need for external hardware systems what makes the process really convenient.
