Overall my experience with ENVI has been excellent. From sales to support they IOS ENVI team is there to support me.

The barcoding, ease of creating PO's and the inventory management all lead to time savings when placing my orders. Went from taking 3+ hours on my order days to 30-45 minutes with ENVI.

I would like to learn how to run better reports.

Excellent ongoing experience, I love this software, it makes my job so much easier and smoother and allows me to immediately respond to price hikes by shopping around. It’s so easy to be federally compliant as well, documentation is no problem at all, reporting is great too.

Ease of use for both end users and administrators, automation features, thorough and customizable reporting functions.

I would like to be able to do returns against partial items, I.e. 50% of 1 whole item and I’d like to be able to assign percentages to the GL codes, but I do understand why this isn’t feasible.

We had nothing in place prior to ENVI. ENVI has allowed visibility into purchasing as a whole. We currently integrate the payable information into our accounting software and that has been great to gain efficiencies and accuracy over our manual process being utilized prior to this solution.

Honestly, our initial implementation process was our least favorite part of ENVI. Since that time, however we now have a rockstar helping with items that were lacking in the implementation.

ENVI has been exceptional to work with. We are very excited to continue to our relationship with ENVI and the excitement we have in incorporating it into our new surgery center and new EHR that we will also be implementing.

ENVI has been a fantastic product to used in our Ambulatory Orthopedic Surgery Center. It is a very user friendly platform that has assisted in maintaining a very organized and well managed facility from beginning to end in regards to Inventory, Purchasing, Usage and AP.

ENVI has become much more user friendly as I have familiarized myself with the product. There are certain things, i.e. allowing reports to be pulled in a PDF format instead of Excel that would be helpful with updating and changing certain reports our organization needs.

I know this will sound fake, but I LOVE ENVI. It has made my job so much easier, and it makes me look good to the bosses. The experience has been wonderful.

Everything. I have been in the business 20 years and used many products. ENVI by far is the most user friendly, and has everything you need to manage inventory. the reporting module is especially useful. They also have a great support team.

I had to think hard to find something I don't like, the only thing I can think of is when reports are exported in Excel I have to make some changes to the formatting to manipulate the information,

EDI ordering, convert to PO, and order entry features are huge time savers! We've been able to automate so many of our purchasing and internal requisition processes with Envi. Envi's dashboards and reports are user friendly and provide quick visibility for easy order management and a more detailed view of usage/spending.

The only con was that during implementation we were presented with so many options at once for our company's set up before having much experience with the system so it was hard to narrow down which features would be best for our organization. Once our account manager was introduced and we were able to communicate our goals, she was able to provide some much needed insight and direction as to how we could best utilize Envi for our needs.

We have seen costs driven down using IOS ENVI, by having contracts tied to our items. We have seen anywhere from 2-26% cost reduction at our facilities after going live with ENVI. We have also started to see a reduction in late fees, which we believe is because of our use of the Accounts Payable module; by having the 3-way match in place (PO, Receipt, Invoice). Biggest efficiency gained has been in getting the bills paid on time and correctly. Has also helped us to decrease the amount of credit and rebills.

My favorite part of the system is being able to see our supply chain at an enterprise level. It is helpful to see what everyone else is buying.

None that I can think off of the top of my head.

ENVI was easy to implement. The reports are beneficial for budgeting and tracking vendor spend. The inventory module makes conducting physical inventories quick and uncomplicated.

I find it challenging to perform data uploads, but my Account Manager, Gabi, has always come to my aid quickly.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ENVI IS GOOD. I REALLY ENJOY WORKING IN THE SOFTWARE. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SUGGESTIONS THAT I THINK CAN BE DONE TO MAKE THE SYSTEM MORE USER FRIENDLY BUT OVERALL IT IS A GREAT SYSTEM.

THE SOFTWARE IS USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TRAIN USERS ON.

SOMETIMES THE SYSTEM RUNS SLOW OR KICKS YOU OUT OF THE SYSTEM WHEN WORKING IN IT EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT IDLE

Overall I am very satisfied with Envi. I enjoy working in the system and feel that it is more advanced than most software that I have viewed. Customer service is outstanding.

Software is very user friendly and manages inventory accurately. Easy to keep track of multiple facilities and locations. Reporting feature is useful. End user training is easy. The app for your phone was a lifesaver!

Nothing.... I have not found anything that I didn't like.

Experience has been great! From the beginning I was provided the training tools to get to know the system and the features that ENVI provides. Since then any question I may have are addressed by our account rep that is very responsive!

The software allows users of any skill level to use efficiently. The ease of use promotes effective time management when placing orders, viewing reports and entering inventory counts. Over all a well develop system meant to meet my facilities needs.

I haven't run into any cons. Any questions I have I can access the support right on the website that has plenty of resources.

My overall experience has been great! Despite the system is easy to use, training tools to better understand it were still provided.

ENVI is easy to use. It is also allows for integration with other businesses. The alert notification keeps you updated on action performed.

The software is robust and it has most feature need for any kind of Inventory managements.

Este software es una buena alternativa para poder almacenar u ordenar la gestión de inventarios de atención médica para los hospitales. Gracias a esta aplicación, se puede llegar a gestionar la lista de proveedores, transacciones y también generar una serie de catálogos, los cuales permiten a los usuarios pedir y buscar los productos que deseen.

Creo que le faltaría una mejora de optimización, porque en algunas ocasiones va demasiado lento.
