As for drop down menus, we are not sure if you mean drop down menus on the Web or Mobile app. The Web App drop downs should be large enough to navigate, so you maybe referring to the mobile. The mobile has a ton of information to display so real estate is scarce. Tapping in a smaller dropdown window space can be tough, especially if the user has gloves on. We're able to complete counts quicker, stay on top of inventory, and properly order the necessary supplies. It's been beneficial for tracking and managing inventory. The suggested orders function has been very helpful for ordering. Cons: The sensitivity of the barcode scanner. Sometimes it'll scan something else while you're positioning your camera on the desired barcode.
