Pros/Cons
Pros
- Once you are familiar with the interface the ease of use is great. The ability to use on mobile phone is great and has help us reduce unaccounted for items.
- Overall the software is great. It is super easy to use and the customer support is fantastic.
- Ease of data setup and comprehensive reporting. Willingness to customize to fit my business.
Cons
- Every time their is an update, an error message pops up, and it will be random different errors preventing the user to complete an order. This has been happening while using an Android phone.
- The inability to mitigate duplicate scanning across all functions (orders/pulls/requisitions/work orders).
- The biggest problem with eturns is that the spreadsheets it downloads are almost unusable without heavy modification.
Pros
- Highly recommend this product. Very good customer support and fantastic value for the price.
- I like this software because it's super powerful and flexible yet it's user friendly and you can customize reports. Basically it has all the features that you need.
- I like that everything is integrated and the reports are updated in real time and the dashboard indicators have been a great help in decision making.
Cons
- I'm in purchasing and have use over 15 different software systems and this is probably the worst or tied for worst.
- They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.
- The sales team was very misleading and they tricked us when we purchased the software. We presented our former software and their response was always "Netsuite can do that.
