Pros
- I have to say the people at Finale are wonderful to deal with. We have had to have numerous calls and they are always so helpful.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing a great product and awesome service at such a reasonable price. I can't imagine using anyone other than Finale for our inventory management system.
- I love how easy it is to integrate the software with other apps. I was happy to see Finale could integrate with all the apps I needed.
Cons
- Before using Finale Inventory... it was very painful to maintain our database and generate the report as per our company need but now everything is on my finger tip.
- None because I can not get support to fix the errors in the system.
- Drop down boxes within the program work in the Windows 10 environment, but not within Andorid.
Pros
- The automated order processing is what I like the best. I like knowing that my orders from all my sales channels are getting fulfilled.
- They are focused on building features that help you sell more. And in the 2 years we have been using the Skubana software it has gotten better with the new features they have released.
- For a company using Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) using multi sale channels, Skubana is a perfect solution. The support staff of Skubana is helpful and they will walk you through the setup process.
Cons
- Disappointed" is the understatement of the year for us in describing our experience.
- Sometimes small shipping details get lost in the fray, as well as the PO system taking a while to get down right.
- Lack of control on our shipping labels and packing slips.
