The platform has not functioned as expected, with repeated technical issues that have significantly disrupted my daily operations. In particular, the integration with Grubtech has not worked properly, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. In addition, the support provided has not been effective in addressing these ongoing problems. We have been trying to get assistance with integration for four months, and the entire process has been a complete nightmare. Their customer support team and sales managers continuously brush off inquiries with empty promises of "we'll get back to you," yet no one ever takes ownership or resolves the issue. Four months of constant follow-ups with zero progress is completely unacceptable for business software.
