The friendly customer service, quick to respond to questions or issues. The ability for GOIS to integrate with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. #### Cons Currently, there is no way to do a physical inventory count/audit and have that information tracked in GOIS to show the variances found. This data is important in tracking shrinkage. #### Reasons for switching to GOIS We used QuickBooks POS (not listed as an option on the list above). GOIS picked up the ball in terms of inventory management where Quickbooks left off. Our entire team uses it daily all day long. We would be lost without it. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros We tried using Advanced Inventory in Quickbooks, but quickly became frustrated with the clumsiness of it and the lack of being able to get the information out of it that we wanted quickly and/or w/out having to run a bunch of reports. We are a new, small business - we do not have the budget to spend on the more expensive inventory mgmt softwares available. We are very pleased with the functionality of this program and how much it has helped us manage our inventory and orders. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH!!! You will not get the kind of customer service GOIS provides anywhere else. #### Cons I wish there were better/more reporting options (similar to what QB offers). We only use a few of the reports available, the rest do not give us the data we need. I believe there is room for improvement here. Emailing of invoices has crashed 2 times. Currently it hasn’t worked for about 10 days with unknown repair time.
