I like Label Matrix
I've been selling and using Label Matrix for 40 years. It has evolved into a wonderful label generation software package at a very manageable cost, affordable for every business. It has the high power features to get the job done for every business need.
PROSIt's easy to use, it's very functional, it has OBDC functionality so a database can be constructed and with a single label template information can be pulled from the database to print multiple different labels.
CONSIt doesn't have the ability to do curved characters

Love the software, hate that every year when i upgrade laptops it becomes such an issue to get the software moved over. I am currently running on a 10 year old version because customer service always wants me to pay 100's of dollars for some upgrade that will not enhance my use of the product.
PROSI love the ease of adding barcodes for marketing materials, printing labels and creating basic signage.
CONSI HATE that my software basically becomes useless when I upgrade my laptop.
Reason for choosing LABEL MATRIX
It was better at the time, however the other laptops in my company have made the switch.

Best Software for the Money
Greta value, easy to use. The Slowness of the software will stop me from using in future.
PROSEasy to understand and use. Designing labels is normal.
CONSDoes not play nice with Windows. Interface is slow.

My Review
What I like most about Label Matrix is being able to have as many custom labels as needed. It keeps it consistent, so the customer gets what they ask for every time.
CONSThe only problem we have come across is running out of our license. I'm not aware if a notice is sent out ahead of time or not, but this will cause the system to be down for a day, sometimes longer.

Thank you for taking the time to review! Our Marketing team sends out emails to end users when their license is set to expire (they usually send out a few, a couple months out from expiration). Our renewals team also sends out emails about licenses expiring. The email that is connected to the software license might not be active in your organization anymore, which could be why your team doesn't know of the expiration dates! So Easy to Use - Worth the Money!
Very satisfied. I have been using label matrix for 30 plus years.
PROSEase of use, Simple to set up. It offers a lot of options for a low price
CONSYou are limited to the number of tabs (different label designs) that you have open at one time.
