It keeps it consistent, so the customer gets what they ask for every time. #### Cons The only problem we have come across is running out of our license. I'm not aware if a notice is sent out ahead of time or not, but this will cause the system to be down for a day, sometimes longer. #### Vendor response Thank you for taking the time to review! Our Marketing team sends out emails to end users when their license is set to expire (they usually send out a few, a couple months out from expiration). Our renewals team also sends out emails about licenses expiring. The email that is connected to the software license might not be active in your organization anymore, which could be why your team doesn't know of the expiration dates! Give us a call and we can help so this doesn't cause any system downtime for your organization. 414-837-4800 Replied April 2024 --- ### 20 Years Experience - Overall rating: 4/5 - Reviewer: Bradyn C. - Verified reviewer: Yes - Industry: Retail - Company size: 51-200 employees - Product usage: Used monthly for more than 2 years - Reviewed: April 2024 - Review source details: This reviewer was invited by us to submit an honest review and offered a nominal incentive as a thank you.
