I really appreciate the seamless integration between the POS and the eCommerce.

You can read all about the features and I could tell you everything that we love or you can just be smart like we were and just try it.

Ease of use great tech support the ability to use Lightspeed from any computer you have access to.

The loyalty program is very customizable and modern, and customers love that they dont have to download an app.

The only negative would be, I live in Newfoundland, we have lots of storms and the power goes out frequently. I do sometimes have to call after outages to sync my ipad with my receipt printer.

The customer service has been great and Lightspeed is always working on making new improvements. I also use Lightspeed ecomm which has been a lifesaver during covid.

I absolutely love lightspeed - they have great customer service and I know that if anything happens it will be fixed quickly.

The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!).

Support has been excellent and setup very easy. Our sales team loves the new software because it’s so user friendly.

Software works great, very fast and very dynamic. Love the interface, clean, simple, and easy to use.

Lightspeed has a lot of options and is pretty well integrated. The connection between retail and ecom and loyalty in particular is great.

With Lightspeed's eCom we found the solution we were searching for. Real time updates and the ease to upload inventory is just amazing.

The hours saved is well worth the few extra dollars. Like and believe in LS so much I invested in their stock.

Lightspeed does this better than any other platform out there. The iPad/touchscreen ordering options are also excellent.

What we loved the most about Lightspeed is that we could customize it to our needs. Plus it works great on Apple computers.

It has amazing 24-hour assistance and access. Furthermore, I think it is super user-friendly and very easy to use and navigate.

Although , it endorses Apple products, it works perfectly fine with Windows operating systems. It also has a companion product which is called Lightspeed Accounting that is comparable to Quickbooks.

Throughout our buildouts of both Retail and eCom, we've had really great experiences with everyone that supported us along the way.

Our experience with Lightspeed is single handedly the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor, rep, or supplier.

It takes seconds really. It also could be me not knowing how to use my computer - I did mention how bad I am.

I had a lot of inventory to transfer. With the help of Lightspeed's help team it was quick and seamless.

The delivery set up side company integration was horrible to work with.

This software is priced right and so easy to use. Customer service is amazing and there to help 24/7.

The inventory integration and management is seamless and the ability to integrate applications through API calls seems endless.

Great for our resale business, we can use barcodes for all our products. Great for tracking all the donated and purchased inventory.

There is minor things what we hate about the software the main one being labels some times print on a PDF instead of automatically going to the printer.

Raising the Prices by 350% and saying the majority of customers will pay less.

The listing process for many marketplaces in pretty standard and does offer the ability to create an almost endless list of properties to suit your product types.

The [sensitive content hidden] jumps in when I have an issue rather than the account rep who was assigned to me. They are slimy and have lied multiple times.

Good value and good products but standards are slipping.

We outgrew the solution and found it increasingly frustrating to use.

Great order processing solution for SME, but can be clunky.

Linnworks offers a good platform to control certain processes and marketplaces without an exceptional amount of hassle.

Good functionality, easy to use and connects to all marketplaces.

The customer support is very weak. Our rep doesn't seem to know anything.

Poor reporting and unable to link to accounts well or without paying more.

This was the most difficult part for me because of my inventory size but overall I would have to give this solution 5 stars.

It integrates with many popular ecommerce marketplaces to allow companies to expand their reach.

I dont like the fact that if you need change things are taking longer and longer such as integration with channels or bugs within the software.

Just getting to know the software, so difficult to say at this stage.

Didn't always sync stock and the software crashed a fair bit. The UI was horrible to use at times.

Seeing as none of their prices have decreased they are lying saying that the majority will pay less as the majority will be small customers on the lowest price bracket.

In over 2 years of use we have not oversold a product over our 17 selling channels. Their customer support is very good and their prices are a fixed monthly amount which is great for accounting.

Overall an very good system especially when you take into account the cost of it compared to other systems.

Trouble is, the software is not extremely user-friendly, and sometimes the bulkiness is hard to deal with. Our company switched to an alternative company as a  result.

Does a lot but could still do thing better while providing important business task within the system.

Their platform has been working great for me. They manage my orders, control/update my inventory, provide direct supplier integration feeds and work with my Amazon FBA account.

E-commerce is not a 'One Size Fits All' type of business, but Linnworks is adaptable and customisable and fits in perfectly with the way that we want to do things.
