Limble CMMS
We have a large facility with a combination of manufacturing and office space. We use Limble for equipment and facilities preventative maintenance scheduling, employee facilities work requests, tracking equipment downtime and work order history, and asset management. I've used other CMMS at other facilities, and my experience with Limble has been very positive. Limble makes it easy to stay organized, and respond quickly to work requests.
PROSLimble's Work Request Portal is easy for all our employees to use. I sent out the link to the entire company, everyone bookmarked it, and now people can easily submit work requests. It did not require lengthy instructions or any assistance from our IT dept. We've also been very impressed with Limble's customer service. They are easy to reach, and always making improvements.
CONSThere was an item on the work request portal that was unclear, but I mentioned it to Limble's customer support and it was fixed immediately

Early in the process, but a great start.
Overall, our experience has started out well. Customer support has been excellent, not only in evaluation/selection phase, but also in setup/transition to implementation, and implementation process. The CSM team has been very supportive.
PROSMobile accessibility is great, and the system is generally easy to set up and work with.
CONSThe reporting widgets are somewhat limited. Data can be exported for deeper analysis, but we want to keep as much as possible in the system. Would also like to see a scheduling system and more developed inventory control and replenishment systems.
Reasons for switching to Limble CMMS
Centralizing to one system, looking to get all sites standardized. Wanted on-the-floor accessibility and ease of use/information access for technicians and managers.

It has been an overall easy and great experience using your software.
PROSI like the user friendly face it provides. I am new here at Romark and was able to jump right on and start assigning work orders.
CONSHonestly, there wasn't anything didn't like about Limble.

Limble is a force multiplier
I like that I don't have to manage or remember any of the maintenance that happens in our rocket factory. We have space thrusters which require a degree of accuracy that is very high, and I can prove to our customers that we are doing the critical maintenance on the machines.
CONSI have struggled to use the mobile app. It seems like I have better luck going out and back to my computer rather than struggling. That might just be my personal preference. I just don't love the layout, and prefer the computer.
