Netstock for Sales Forecasting / Demand Planning. Netsuite claims to be able to do all of the above, it may do, but to such a poor level, it's not a viable option.

Great cloud based ERP system. We’ve invested in customizing it to our exact needs.

They have so much 'clicking' to do they get confused, push the wrong button and because the whole thing is in effect an accounts package it can be difficult to undo the mess.

I love being able to mess around and try things without actually affecting the books. It also integrates with just about every finance product I've ever been interested in.

NetSuite can be difficult to learn at the beginning. You also have to pay for an outside service to link you emails from Outlook to NetSuite.

No accountability for system issues, error, or outages. Sneaky contracts that will hook you with discounts and raise fees exorbitantly after your are stuck with your data and huge conversion costs.

We have had poor support with the local NetSuite facilitating company. While we have made strides in the integration, it has taken years to do so, and we are a small company.

Honestly the best thing I like about NetSuite is how easy it is to contact Customer Service and how helpful they are.

The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.

After the trial it’s very hard to get any customer service or contact from the company. The service team sells the product and then they are nowhere to be found, and very difficult to contact.

A very good software for cloud base and does the basics  as well as for any other added customisation.

Set up team is great, and very accommodating. Overall product is great and we are looking forward to a lasting relationship.

Netsuite is essential to our finance department. It is user friendly and I would recommend to any company looking to switch their software.

I tested the free trial for the software and was amazed at it's capability. Definitely a winner for any company looking to scale their business.

NetSuite has been a great place for our company to store its financial information in a way that is organized and clean.

We have muliple units of the organisation which is very much effective to manage from this product service. Consolidation of Accounts: Very easy  I love it.

Need extensive expertise and training. Hard to integrate with other platforms.

The video tutorials are very monotone and boring.

Free version is feature rich, good enough for a beginner hobbyist.

The most disconcerting feature is that the user has no direct access to the database. No way to mass load the data yourself.

Lack of a low-cost paid plan. Cannot easily move parts from the Storage View.

Overall Partsbox is a very positive addition to our design and manufacturing workflow. It allows us to be quicker, more efficient, more organized and save money while building a race car.

When I added drawers if I put them in any position I can rename the existing locations affected without affecting their content. So total flexibility with almost zero learning curve.

Frequently being updated to add new (and useful) features. We are a small electronics manufacturing company--PartsBox is perfect for us.

Does not support scanning of 2D bar codes out of the box. IIRC this is due to limitation regarding the way that web browsers process data streams, it's not a PartsBox issue.

Setting the 'low stock' rate. I needed to go into every part to set it individually which takes a while.

It's perfectly suited to medium and small size companies involved in electronics. It's super easy to use and help you keeping organized.

Organisation and overview of electronics purchasing and assembly is much improved. Reliable and fast system.

Integration with parts search and tagging system. Team oriented, I can see this being useful for teams in makerspaces and similar.

Partsbox is specifically designed for electronics parts stock management, and does this job very well. It allows us to directly find the best prices automatically for our BOM.

No API for Altium Designer / Nexus Client and Server.

We were having problems ensuring we had adequate quantities of parts for projects -- and often wasting money buying parts that we already had stored in a box somewhere.
