Happy in using POSist Inventory Module

1. Indent orders / supply / Receive process implemented where we did manually 2. Items requirement between stores made easy using Posist 3. Material estimation manually very tough but using Posist it made easy 4. Food cost calculation now we can get immediately 5. Manual purchase orders made systematic

1. Overall Inventory options are seems good 2. Easy to make the Purchase entry using selecting items or import option 3. Store wise, Kitchen wise stock maintenance are good 4. Kitchen wise production mapping and entry are good 5. Indent process is very good where we cannot miss any items

Cons

1. Reports filter options still more can be designed 2. New Master creation and assigning to outlet option required in same page 3. In Item master some basic fields (Category) modification option required

Reporting, food costing, analytical report, control over F&B critical KPI, inventory management, recipe management, waste management, generating relevant reports for PL processing. Efficient, give strict control over the business KPI, visibility on day to day operations, control over the purchases, inventory, recipe management.

Pros

Tackles at least 90% of any F&B operations in terms of reporting, flexibility, user friendly

Cons

Not all parts of operations; some aspects require multiple task to finalize instead of having them in a single location.

Globally satisfied, good tools and good software. All required options are available. Support about implementation is good.

Pros

System is complete with good options. In general it is friendly user. The recipe part is great and the indenting part also with good clarity.

Cons

System should have ability or an option where recipe can be created instantly with cost on a real time basis. Also looking about a report for a month and not day by day. need more clarity about the report.

Stock Module Feedback (Posist)

It is faster than what I used earlier software. It gives accurate data and details as and when required. And It is very user-friendly while comparing old software.

Pros

Inventory Reports are very much helpful to get information about the stock status in our Restaurant. Indent process like requesting stock from our restaurant to Central Kitchen is very much accessible and to receive the stock. Wastagage entries, Physical stock entries we were able to do on a basis and able to get the variance stock qty and the value. Food Costing reports are very, very helpful to get accurate for my outlet.

I never felt like anything as least as of now.

It is good because we are getting more accurate sales reports, recipes on each item and easy to use in terms of item creation and purchase orders

Strong & Stabilized Inventory System for F&B Industry !!!

Overall Experience was great as we enjoyed working with their Implementing Team who are highly Qualified in this field and knowledgeable with Good Experience. It Took Good Amount of Time in Initial setup but now its completely stabilized and on Auto-Pilot. Till Date Team Heads are in touch and support us in Various ways may be a query clarification or a Process definition.

Pros

Out of Many Features that system have i liked most the centralized control on inventory movement across various stores with complete Traceability. System has a detailed Level Recepie Configuration for the Food Produced and Managing the Real Time consumption of Liquor Items which are directly associated from your FOH Billing App. It also covers all other Basic Functions of Material management at Various Department Levels.

Cons

Setting up the App Takes Good Amount of Time and Many Excel Work and in some of the Master Screens Edits are Not Allowed, so user are left with No Choices but to Delete that thing and redo.

Stock entry concerns were resolved, continuous help towards how to make the entries etc & I recommend others to go for this software as this contains most of the features that a company will be requiring to enhance it's business.

Pros

Posist has very interesting features in their stock and inventory module, we can track most of our operations through this and reportings are good.

Cons

Some of the features are still under development and needs more clarification toward it. (Enterprise Consumption Report, Preferred Unit)

Good Inventory App

Overall is great and manageable especially with the help and support from implementation specialist [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] has been wonderful.

Pros

Inventory is easy to create, system is clear and dictated very well, accurate data and updated as well, posting of daily purchases and tracking consumption is very easy and in a few click we are able to cover all our daily operation, it's an end to end truly cloud solution which also works offline, system has a detailed recipe management module with advanced options.

Cons

The least i don't like in the system was you cannot log on in any laptop or gadgets without the clearing cache so then you need to inform them before you start using it in other laptop, system should have a single login to multiple stores, apart from this test everything is good in this application.

We have not yet encountered any major issue so far, and if there were any issues, these were promptly resolved by the support / development team.

Pros

Intuitive architecture and process related to entire inventory. From masters creation to recipe, entire flow is very well designed and user friendly. There is a vast range for reports related to Inventory. Support team is prompt and helpful and issue resolution is quick.

Good Application for Food Production & Planning

Overall it was a superb exp working with their Implementation Team. We are satisfied as team at other hand tirelessly provides required support and are available on call and zoom meetings whenever requested.

Pros

System has a Detailed Production Plan Module .Interestingly we consolidate all our Store Request and plan the Production for our bakery Products. Apart from this it covers all other options to Manage and Track day to day inventory be it Raw Materials, Semi Finished or Finished Goods. Costing Module is also very strong which is an added advantage.

Cons

Setup. Complicated and Time Consuming but still its worth doing it. There are also some times issue with the Serial Number if accessed from multiple system which they need to fix it urgently.

1. We can get profitability item-wise & category-wise which helps in deciding the menu more appropriately. 2. We were unable to get real-time inventory cross-check with the physical count. With this module, we can easily cross-check our inventory at any given point in time. 3. Rates of raw materials are auto-picked up & incorrect feeding of rates is completely avoided. 4. Data is stored on Cloud which is an added advantage.

Pros

Its gives you real-time position of inventory which is very useful. Also, it let's you feed in the yield of the raw material which in turns gives the correct consumption value & closing stock value. The raw materials and vendors can be mapped easily along with the taxes. It's very easy and convenient to use the software. A layman would understand & use it easily.

Cons

Provision to mention yield % while feeding in the recipe is missing.
