- I like the fact that it integrates with a bunch of other things and makes it super useful for invoicing.
- It had great tech support, excellent documentation, and superb online help. A great product for a very wide range of businesses.
Cons
- The update method and stability of the software is just poor. The file has to be repaired sometimes because it gets corrupted.
- It can be a pain when you make a mistake and try to fix it. For some things, there are too many steps to fix the mistake.
Pros
- I like the intuitiveness and that customer support is readily available. It's also kind of fun to have different themes for the background.
- I appreciate the ease of use for my customer service team when it come to entering orders. The Salespad interface is far superior to the GP in regards to order entry.
Cons
- It is difficult to use Salespad to keep a record of the additional information for a prolonged period of time that I sometimes need hard copies to look back on.
- Because of that limitation, I still have to receive each order individually in GP.
