REACS Inventory Optimization Software is an inventory management solution targeting users across a variety of industries. It is available through the cloud or as an on-premise deployment.
REACS focuses on order points. Users can set minimum and maximum stock levels for every stock keeping unit (SKU) in every location. This product is designed to work with users’ existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, and it forecasts, calculates and uploads order points required by the ERP system.
REACS automatically collects sales history data and unit cost values from users’ existing ERP systems, and uses that information to automatically calculate minimum and maximum values each day.
REACS also creates reports. Users can input customizable parameters, and the system uses that information to generate reports. This product can service multiple distribution centers and remote locations.
REACS is priced as an annual license, per number of locations and SKU count. It is suitable for warehouses, field locations and mobile service fleets. Its on-premise deployment is platform agnostic.

We implemented REACS at a foodservice equipment company where I was VP Operations. Our challenge was having the right parts in our 70 service trucks which were remotely located across Western Canada. First time fix was very important to us but with all trucks carrying the same stock we were unable to achieve our desired customer service levels. REACS allowed us to carry different stock on each truck that was appropriate for the equipment population being serviced. Our first time fix rate significantly improved while our overall inventory went down, in some trucks by half! REACS runs in the background and updates min/max levels based on usage.
