Our level of reporting is now real time and we are able to make much stronger business decisions with the live data we have today. The product is effective and easy to use. Our Picking and Warehouse teams have had plenty of positive feedback in using the software. It has been a great vehicle to make our inventory processes much more efficient. Specifically, we struggled to find a way to compare and verify the equivalence of the Work Order Quantity, Pick State Quantity, Bin Transfer Quantity and Bin On Hand Quantity. We are always looking for ways to grow our relationship with RF-Smart to better automate our warehouse and manufacturing operations. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 5/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros RF-Smart's software has helped us solve automation issues in areas of NetSuite that don't fit to our needs. We use the base functionality for Inventory Management, Sales Order Picking, and Purchase Order Receiving. In the nearly three years of service, we have encountered few, if any, bugs or issues with this functionality. We have also worked with RF-Smart to build several customized functions to fit our Work Order assembly needs. The team has been easy to work with during intial design, bug reporting, and additive requests. The user interface is simplistic but easy to navigate. We have encountered very few issues with RF-Smart's native functionality. #### Cons Our original implementation could have gone smoother. No incentive was offered RF-Smart has been great to work with. Not only do I really like their WMS but their team is phenominal. Everyone I have worked with and interacted with has been extremely helpful and always willing to help. I went to the user summit and had the pleasure of meeting the [sensitive content hidden] and he was also just as friendly and helpful as all the other employees I have worked with. If you come up with any ideas or ways for the product to improve they will dedicate resources to understanding your idea and are very receptive to that feedback. The team is quick to answer and always willing to help. The platform is also very user friendly so I dont have pushback from our employees when I train them and they are able to feel comfortable quickly. After initial training I dont have to worry about getting questions from the warehouse on how to use. #### Cons One thing I feel could be more helpful is related to new releases of the products. We have done some customizations and then in future releases some of those customizations have been added to the base product. Im bad at looking up release notes so I take blame on this as well, but it would be nice to receive more information related to new releases if you are using customized functions so I can know if I should switch back to the core functions. This allowed the business to transition over to WMS without any downtime. #### Cons The team cant find too many faults with RF-Smart's WMS.
