The product is reliable, easy to use, and has helped keep our inventory and operations very well organized. Ratings Breakdown 5 Ease of use 4 Value for money 5 Customer support 5 Functionality Pros: What I like most about SalesBinder is how easy it is to use while still being a very strong product. It keeps all inventory, assets, and our customer information nice and organized all in one place, which saves us a TON of time! Cons: There is not a lot of things we don't like about SalesBinder. If I were to say anything negative it would have to be, there is a little bit of a learning curve at first, but once you get familiar with the system it is pretty easy to use. The free version is pretty generous and really allows you to dig in. Cons: Biggest issue is that it is computer based. There isn't an app for it which means if I want to scan something, I have to purchase a scanner. Vendor Response Thanks for the review Sheng, it's great to hear you're loving our software! With regards to your comment about us not having an app, I'd just like to clarify for anyone reading this. We definitely do have an iOS app, however, you're correct about it not yet supporting scanning barcodes through the camera on the phone. This will be included in an update this year along with an Android app as well. We already have great support for handheld barcode scanners though.
