Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • I like the intuitiveness and that customer support is readily available. It's also kind of fun to have different themes for the background.
  • I appreciate the ease of use for my customer service team when it come to entering orders. The Salespad interface is far superior to the GP in regards to order entry.
  • Cons

  • It is difficult to use Salespad to keep a record of the additional information for a prolonged period of time that I sometimes need hard copies to look back on.
  • Because of that limitation, I still have to receive each order individually in GP.

  • Has a great integration with Amazon, and offers one for Etsy. Which is difficult to find with a solution provider.
  • Fantastic support, online chat and phone support is superb. Easy interface and integration with woo and ship station.
  • Cons

  • So all of our Shopify sales were not recognized, Quickbooks created an entirely new set of negative inventory, leaving our current products unaffected.
  • Integration sucks with XERO. Invoices are constantly missing and we need to double check to make sure invoices get transferred.
