ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping and inventory management solution suitable for small to midsize e-commerce businesses. Key features include order management, label customization, integration with multiple seller channels, rate comparison and returns management.

ShippingEasy is able to integrate with UPS and FedEx accounts as well as a variety of marketplaces, shopping carts and e-commerce platforms. The solution downloads orders from all selling channels and automatically maps custom shipping preferences, rates and delivery options.

ShippingEasy enables users to customize shipping labels and packing slips to match branding. Labels and slips can then be set to print in batches or individually. The solution is able to automatically send emails with tracking information once the order has shipped.

ShippingEasy is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis.

Worth it to avoid time wasted at other postal services

Pros

I like the ease of the interface of the website. I like that you can avoid long lines in order to pay for lots of packages at USPS, etc. This way I can just drop off packages that have postage paid for already.

Cons

Best used with a Dymo label printer, so if no access to this, then it is more difficult. Dymo is worth paying for if you are a small business and putting out a lot of mail.

Pros

I Love that they offer FREE accouints where you can ship upto 50 packages per moth 100% FREE! It's great!

Cons

It can take some time to find features and learn how to move through the application quickley.

Helped me save a lot of time!

One of the rep was fantastic today! She was helping me with a .CSV that wasn't working. She informed me that WISH integration was put into place THIS YEAR! I had no idea. This will save me a tremendous amount of time. She was extrememly helpful and helped me integrate my Etsy account as well. Thank you for making my Christmas season a bit easier!

Great support, easy to use

Pros

It's been the easiest to use that I've found so far. And their customer support is real live people that really take the time to help with questions, no matter how dumb, special thanks to supporting team there. Great for a small shop like mine that doesn't see enough volume to pay for a monthly service, but the option is there if we grow enough.

Cons

I wish there was a way to get a realtime estimate of delivery for UPS/FedEx (it works with USPS.)

A more integrated Wordpress Woocommerce plugin with live estimates would be nice, but that's just a dream (I haven't found any service that does 100% of that.)

The BEST customer service. I have never had to wait more than 10 seconds when "chatting" and our rep is always very thorough and provides links for any of my inquiries I have.

Excellent Customer Service and Web Portal

My experience with Shipping Easy so far has been excellent. I hope to start shipping next week, but I know if I have any problems, I can count on the excellent customer service to help me out.

The best bang for your buck!

This is the best program for my business. I love that there is integration with the invoicing system that I use!

Pros

The software itself is nice, but what truly makes this company is the staff. I have called with problems and they're always so friendly and willing to answer my issues. Since I use their marketing program, they scheduled a training call so that I could maximize what I was doing. In fact, I had a suggestion, and they were more than willing to listen to what I thought would be helpful.

Cons

Honestly, I've jumped around from shipping program to shipping program, and this has been the easiest to use.

Makes my business flow

Makes having a small business very easy.

Pros

I love that everything sync's up well and how easy it is to print labels and packing slips.

Cons

There are some glitches. I don't like that you can't delete old computers easily and that it will show fax and download several of the same printer, so you have 1, 2 and 3 and have to figure out which printer number will work.

We added ShippingEasy to our operation when our online store peaked with over 1200 orders a month. With that many orders, it was so time consuming to process each order through FedEx Ship Manager. With ShippingEasy, we got all that time back to focus on our customers. I would highly recommend ShippingEasy to anyone!

As mentioned in its name, “Easy”, it actually makes the complete transactional process really easy. With a simple idea of giving organizations streamlined shipping experience. Cons

Shipping Easy Was Exactly That - Easy

I had to call into for tech support and they walked me through the woocommerce set up in 3 minutes. She was quite easy to work with and knew exactly what steps I needed to take to get us up and running in minutes

Confusing download links but only because of the woocommerce website not having their site updated
