ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping and inventory management solution suitable for small to midsize e-commerce businesses. Key features include order management, label customization, integration with multiple seller channels, rate comparison and returns management.

ShippingEasy is able to integrate with UPS and FedEx accounts as well as a variety of marketplaces, shopping carts and e-commerce platforms. The solution downloads orders from all selling channels and automatically maps custom shipping preferences, rates and delivery options.

ShippingEasy enables users to customize shipping labels and packing slips to match branding. Labels and slips can then be set to print in batches or individually. The solution is able to automatically send emails with tracking information once the order has shipped.

ShippingEasy is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis.

Prompt Customer Support

Pros

Reps are responsive and almost always available to talk or chat online.

Shipping Easy saves me SO MUCH time!

Pros

I came the Shipping Easy after using the USPS web site for several years. What a difference! My shopping cart is not compatible with SE, but I can simply import a spreadsheet with order information, print labels and ship packages. I also have an add-on that sends a "how did we do" email a few days after delivery, which has increased the number of positive online reviews I receive.

Cons

I wish it was compatible with my shopping cart, so that orders would automatically download.

Great for when I worked at a small business and shipped our products

Used for shipping products for our small business, and was attracted by the discounts it offered.

Pros

The discounts I got on shipping was insane. I sometimes got half off of what I'd normally get at the post office or UPS.

Cons

It was a little difficult at first to navigate the UI, but eventually I figured it out.

Great for a small business

I’m sure super useful for larger businesses so I don’t think I’m the target market!

Pros

I like that, as a super small business, I can use their service without paying hefty fees each month. For the base I can do up to 50 in a month for free....that’s a good price for me!

Cons

To me it was a little confusing to get set up and started - I’m sure it was just me though! Also, as a flip side to the pro I had....if you’re only shipping a few items each month do you even need a service like this?

Shipping is a breeze

I am an online supplier and started using ShippingEasy about a year ago to streamline my shipping tasks into just one platform. Shipping Easy lets me do this and saves me a lot of time and effort.

Pros

ShippingEasy is a go-to platform if you want to reduce the headache of going on different shipping portals for various orders. It integrates labels, tracking and selecting shipping carrier on one simple page and cuts time and effort in navigating different sites.

Cons

It is an easy to use software and I am very happy with my annual subscription!

Customer service is out of this world!

Pros

Accessibility to support is phenomenal. Reps are very knowledgable, and if they don't know the answer, they'll find it! The capability of merging or separating orders is great, and having all orders visible on one page, with the ability to click and see the contents of an order without going to a new webpage is extremely helpful.

Cons

The only thing I can think of that is lacking is someone to actually come in and package the actual orders! Love this software!

ShippingEasy is not the Easiest

Overall I think it is a good product, but could use some improvements in the setup with some help from some more modern wizards or guidance. The product was hard to setup for me but I will say that support was very helpful and always sending emails offering to assist.

Pros

I particularly liked that I can manage shipping for multiple marketplaces in one interface.

Cons

The setup of all parts was more difficult than I have seen in other products. Setting up your processes and packi h clips for each marketplace felt cumbersome.

Best shipping service I've used!!

Customer service is wonderful if any problems arise! I prefer ShippingEasy over some of the other shipping services and it has helped me save money

Amazing software. A must for any eCommerce business!

Pros

I've been with ShippingEasy for years. They listen to their customers and often create features that have been asked for by many customers. It integrates with almost everything and they've now even added features beyond simple shipping/logistics.

Cons

It does have a slight learning curve, but that's about it.

Tried Shipping Easy but did not stay

I opted to try out the ShippingEasy platform and found the experience wasn't quite what I needed and I ended up using GoShippo after stopping my ShipStation subscription.

Pros

It was super easy to use and it integrated with my sales channels easily.

Cons

Their sales team was a bit pushy and I felt like if I needed help using their platform, I would have reached out.

Discount Postage ! Business Dream!

Pros

I am very excited about this software. I am currently using the 30 day trial and impressed already. Our company does alot of mailing and shipping through UPS. To be able to utilize discounted postage and present the overall cost savings to the owner is a win for our team!
