The best system hands down for wholesale and online marketplaces. Very affordable!

Less time to complete tasks, integration of marketplaces, fresh new website on Magento platform, overall better customer experience.

PROS

Its super fast. SkuSuite is so easy and fast that any company of all levels can use the system with confidence. Switching over to this system has cut our processing time in half and has eliminated potions we once needed. Its an all in one solution for us since we wholesale and sell on several marketplaces. The support team has been incredibly hands on and truly cares about our growth. The support rep. comes from the marketplace world and understands my companies needs alot of times better then I do. I'm no longer stuck and ready to keep growing. Its very exciting to be on a system that will support the growth that i know i can achieve.

CONS

If i had to say something negative it would be on how my receiving of Pos is done. However, we are in the process of modifying that area.

Amazing Business Hub for Operations - Orders, Inventory, Credits, Reporting, etc.

We have been through countless software companies looking for one that can even cover 70% of our needs. You name it we've tried it. SkuSuite is the only one that has made promises and kept them. The system does what it's supposed to do. I used to have to manage all of our operational software via a Visio chart. Seriously, a damn Visio chart to track and manage all of the systems that ran our business. Last year at IRCE I had to pull out a PDF to show potential vendors what we were using and how each system fit into our main business system. Working with SS has been a burden lifted. We've reduced costs, we're processing more in less time and tracking it all within SS. Feedback and Support - I cannot praise the SS team enough on how responsive they have been to our questions and requests. We have really banged on this system and with all systems, there will be issues. SS has handled each quickly and without reservation. They are very open to feedback and they ask good hard questions. Not to be difficult but to make sure they understand the request and that it makes good business flow and business sense. End users don't always understand what they are asking for and what it will impact system-wise, SS does. In a nutshell, SkuSuite is a kick*ss system for just about any type of business structure! It's hands-down better than all of the other systems we've tried.

PROS

Customer Support - regardless of the day of week or time of day the support team always responds and addresses our questions, concerns, or issues. Intuitiveness of Software - so easy a caveman can do it. For the other business owners and managers, you know this equates to reduced costs and time due to training and human error. Overall Functionality - you can literally use SkuSuite (SS) as your business hub. Again, this equates to cost savings on multiple levels. SS can handle your inventory, accounting, marketplaces, websites, shipping, and vendor needs without trying to upsell you into a partners addon. SS is a self-contained system. You won't be redirected to other companies (with additional monthly charges and setup fees) to make it work. SS works out of the box. Yes, if you want special development you can request it and get it but the need to request special development is limited due to the fact that the SS team has already considered most of the scenarios that might come up in your daily operations.

CONS

Documentation/How To's - SkuSuite is growing and developing functionality so fast that it cannot keep up with the changes documentation wise. Luckily, the system is intuitive so it's not the end of the world. If you have a team that has trouble extrapolating information then you'll want to have someone create internal documentation for your own use. Having said this, the system is so easy to use and the functionality is so much better than all of the other systems that we've tried, that even without a step-by-step guide your team will get more value than headache utilizing SS.

Reason for choosing SkuSuite

The owner and founder of SkuSuite and I corresponded for over nine months before I chose him and his company. At the end of the day, his honesty and openness won me over. He gave me access to his system to properly review/audit. He discussed real business/workflow issues that we were having trouble managing and what we wanted to accomplish as a business in the future. He told me what he could and could not do. He's kept all of his promises... even after we came on board. What's kept me with SkuSuite, his team, and the fact that his system works. I've been able to save costs in all areas of the business and for the first time in years, we can actually see how our business is doing. I highly recommend SkuSuite.

Reasons for switching to SkuSuite

Value for the Cost - Unfortunately, Skubana is more focused on upselling their workshops and "integration partners" than resolving workflow and system issues. Everything costs from integrations to training. Skubana is NOT a stand-alone system. You must purchase all of the integrations to make it work. Each integration has an implementation fee and monthly fees. Best of all, you'll need a "connector" to make the integrations work. Hence, the Visio flow chart. Inventory and Analytics - We had a lot of bugs in the system and could never get them resolved. The process of resolving issues involved so many "integration partners" and "connectors" that root cause was challenging at best to determine. We were never able to rectify the inventory or analytics which was the ultimate deal-breaker for us. If the inventory is off everything is off and can have catastrophic impacts if you sell in the marketplaces. If you can't pull valid analytics you cannot forecast. Between the lost sales and the oversells, we couldn't afford to continue with Skubana.

Very attentive support staff!

The software does what it needs to do, even at the bare minimum it allows our organization to operate and do so with better inventory management than what could be done without it. It's not perfect, but the willingness and dedication the support staff provide brings a high level of trust that the software and people who manage it strive to improve the platform. I have no doubt that the rapid rate of refinement of the software will propel it to the top of the pack at a fraction of the cost in a very short matter of time. Functionally the software works, it gets the job done and it does so with little effort, it just shows signs that it will get even better and offer more features as time goes on. I cannot stress enough how important customer service is when you rely on the software being used to conduct your business. Nobody wants to have an issue that prevents them from doing their job, let alone to reach out to unsupportive support staff who take too long to respond or fix an issue. This has not been an issue a single time with Skusuite, they are attentive and do their best to resolve any issue that might arise and or to refine a portion of the software to help streamline a process if requested. Customer service is a dying art, Skusuite shines in its ability to provide it in spades, highly recommend the platform for just that reason alone, and the software does what you need it to do; so why not use it?

PROS

The software seems to growing and adding functionality consistently. Offers the ability to track expenses, COGs sold as well as other expenses related to selling products online. Works with the large online retailers and can be configured for specialized online retailers. Fairly easy to navigate and perform tasks related to doing business online. Support staff is very attentive and eager to help solve any issues that may arise even if they are caused by user error.

CONS

Software is continuously being refined, as such ease of use improves upon suggestion. For understandable reasons it is not a listing tool, therefore it cannot reduce time spent creating listings. Some features require specialized resources to be invested by the company and are not "out of the box" features.

SkuSuite Review

My overall experience with SkuSuite has been great. They are always updating and adding new features. I am very excited on the future with SkuSuite.

PROS

There are many features about this software that I can appreciate. I like how easy it is for me to do what I need to. The "Import PO" function was a really great feature that I enjoy. With SkuSuite, it is very easy for me to create items. I like how everything is very accessible for us. Overall, this software is very helpful for my job.

CONS

I do not have any cons about this software.

Skusuite Review

PROS

I am the one who deals with changes in inventory. The system itself is set up very easily to make these specific changes and I usually have no problem understanding what needs to be done because the steps are self explanatory. I also do help with orders. I am a very cautious person and when it comes to handling orders, I find the "Verify Items" feature very helpful.

CONS

For my role of dealing with inventory, it does everything I need, so I really do not have any complaints.

Onboarding and Training was fantastic! - Transitioning to a new system is not easy but its done!

Skusuite optimized all our daily processes and saved us hours of labor everyday throughout out staff. It gives us clear insights to all our inventory movements and all inventory is tracked. Best part is that all our high end items are now serialized with SERIAL # tracking and we have saved a ton of money on fraudulent returns.

PROS

We love the fact that we are able to handle all our Wholesale, Retail and Online transactions all in one platform. We use to have 4 different platforms to run our business now its just 1.

CONS

That they are still growing and adding cool new functionalities to the platform everyday. Really it worked out great both ways because we helped get customized solutions quickly done for us.

Great software for the price - Amazon/eBay/Walmart seller

PROS

Easy to use/navigate. Very intuitive. Serialized helps us tremendously in managing our inventory and tracking our sales data and product life-cycle history.

CONS

Small/minor glitches that come with any newer software, however the development team is always on top of their game with any issues that arise and are always available to help us with our questions.

Our of the Dark Ages with Mail Order Manager to Skusuite! Very Happy

A+++ - Can't recomend them enough!

PROS

SkuSuite's cloud-based solution​ is just the right mix for our growing business. Our omnichannel​ orders funnel in and we used to spend hours upon hours manipulating our data for shipment. Now, with one solution, we add orders, get shipping rates and print our labels in one quick step. What took us hours to complete is done while we sleep. We can now focus on taking​ care of our customers​ rather than arm-wrestling with Dydacomp to solve a problem​.

CONS

We had to do some simple customizations​ based on our industry. It took us a few weeks to get up and runing.

Skusuite saved my dilemma

Works well with everyone in my staff. My employess especially like the ease of use and everything is all in one place. No more jumping from one software to another.

PROS

Skusuite helped out by making all my market places come together to one source. It also helped maintain my products inventory and my warehouse is niw functioning like a well oiled machine.

Cant wait for the new up-n-coming features.

SkuSuite Invenory mangement review

PROS

I like that i can integrate all my systems together, My shopify with Amazon,ebay,and walmart selling channels. Also love the reports how it shows me whats selling and not selling

CONS

The time it takes to create a product it doesn't allow you to create variants which takes you long to add each item. But developer says he will have it fixed soon.
