It is sometimes a problem if you need a fast report and are having trouble with sync. Whenever I do have problems, the chatbot which is AI, is actually helpful. It will take you step by step on how to do things and when features arent available it will let you know. I've confimed it with a human agent. #### Cons I don't know if its just me, but I don't have the ability to move items without making a new item and losing all the history. Now I feel "stuck" with Sortly because I've invested countless hours over the years trying to figuring out how to make it work for our business. When I ask questions of the Sortly team, I'm told they don't offer certain options. I then have to Google to find work arounds that could have been suggested by Sortly. #### Cons Customer service is poor. Since Sortly says speaking to customers on the phone would "slow them down"... I had a 25 email exchange over the course of 2 weeks. My questions could have been solved with a 10 minute call. The change in pricing was upsetting, not handled well by the Sortly team, 2 to 3 weeks of a "heads up" was not adequate and caused stress to us. Recent conversations on Reddit confirm others are having the same issues. #### Reasons for choosing Sortly Someone in my line of work recommended it. When one considers how businesses transact and manage an inventory vs a home user, it would seem relatively simple to create pricing models that focus on monthly transaction volume as opposed to just record count but they were unwilling to work with me on a reasonable solution other than reducing the items in my home inventory.
